  1. Why don't you compare them? Would you ever step foot on a Honda dealership? How do you suspect they cheated? The car's dimensions have grown in every way. See for yourself.
  2. 1997 LX, 5sp Manual, 2.0L engine. The 2.0L engine was new for 1997 model year, so maybe it has a first year glitch or two.
  3. It's a really bad picture cause you can't even see the '04 Sierra parked to the right! Speaking of the wagon, just made it back from a camping trip, gotta clean er out. At 91k right now, but have been having weird fuel/ignition problems since 60k, have tried everything, even registered on a silly Ford forum and asked questions like a noob (I can't believe people fix these up and put fancy engines in them...). Still runs, but doesn't accelerate up grades very well. I'm thinking a newish Impreza Wagon would make a nice replacement as a general purpose car.

    NEW FIT

Couldn't the same be said about domestic trucks? And what exactly needs to be better about the Fit/Yaris/Versa? Just because they have a 30 year lead in the segment doesn't mean they have any sort of technology that all of the other manufacturers don't.
  5. Honda/Acura is teh suck! The TSX I drove the other day, freakin brand new, was already broke. Instead of driving the rear wheels it was driving the front! I told the salesperson about it, but he didn't seem to understand. What is going on with the world?? They're putting in engines sideways and driveshafts on the wrong end of the car! And the floor mat was DIRTY! Dirty I tell you.
  6. A classic! Now that's a car worth owning! Actually I don't, my car is mostly stock But it's the thought that counts! lol
  7. Har har. Thanks :AH-HA_wink:
  8. I agree. It does look bland, specially from the rear. That gray interior is hideous =\ The tan/gray interior adds a little more character, but the design is still fairly boring.
  9. The Camry seems to be taking 3rd or worse place in just about every comparo lately. It makes me wonder if it really is that overrated, or just backlash from being number 1 in sales for so long. Or both.
  10. You know what "no guts" is? It's a Cadillac CTS with only 210hp. :AH-HA_wink:
  11. EPA revised ratings for all '08 model year vehicles.

    Caliber SRT4

It's like Dodge took a Mazdaspeed 3 and put a Durango front end on it. Times are a little slower than the Mazdaspeed 3. It doesn't look that bad, if you like the whole SUV look.
  13. Wait until the acceleration and fuel economy numbers come out for this and the Malibu. Not saying a 6-speed wouldn't likely benefit the Accord, but maybe the extra cost made it not worth while. Bad implementation on GM's part? The Camry looks the most plain-jane of the 3, while the Malibu looks the sportiest. The Accord is in the middle and is very BMW-like. I like the gauges in the Malibu, for a coupe or sporty car. But the gauges in the Accord are the best IMO for a mainstream sedan. They could have done something more sporty with the Accord Coupe gauges. Because he's the only one who has posted any sort of factual non-opinionated data in this thread?
  14. Well I for one hate the Infiniti website.
  15. Well that makes the FX more pointless, which was the original argument by someone else. I thought the FX was a 7-seater like the MDX, which would make it more distinguished from the new EX.
  16. har har :AH-HA_wink: I see, the FX is only a 5-seater...
  17. Why? The FX35 is larger, and serves a different purpose. Look at the RDX and MDX. The RDX certainly didn't hurt MDX sales. This EX35 is more sporty and similar to a wagon compared to the FX35. Just because they have the same engine size doesn't make either of them irrelevant.
  18. The tailpipes are horrible, but other than that, it looks ok. Seriously, what is with those tailpipes?
  19. 1988 buick regal coupe 1993 honda civic coupe 1999 acura integra coupe I'm going on 4 years with the integra, i tend to own my cars for a long time.
  20. Could you be referring to this monstrosity?
  21. Move to california, and you may be able to lease one. The current FCX is not a mule, it is a fully certified production vehicle, in use by several retail customers.
  22. They still squeezed 7 best-evers in there despite the drop, lol.
  23. You guys do realize the sedan is a prototype? And who cares what it looks like? Honda is making advancements in hydrogen fuel cell technology, which is considerably more viable than electric-only. Ranges equivalent to normal gasoline powered cars, with efficiency upwards of 60%, all packaged into a sleek, low profile sedan. Honda has had hydrogen fuel cell vehicles on the road, in the hands of customers, for over 2 years. (as well as CNG powered Civic GX's for the last 7 years). Honda has developed hydrogen refueling stations using both solar power and natural gas. Read these: Home Energy Station Home Energy Station Generation 3 Hydrogen Station
