  1. I'm quite sure they were. If what happened had not, I'm sure that Chrysler's vehicles would be world class at this point in time, or at least close. They were roaring!
  2. We cannot give up the slim hope for our team because each fields at least one vehicle/brand in this list. I sort of wish that Chrysler's wasn't a truck, but if it makes them the money, go Go GO!
  3. The Insignia is the best Epsilon car. Period. *Engineering, features, perceived quality, et al etc.* It offers the greatest breadth and depth of features, engines, and every other combination because of Europe's very unique and dynamic market.
  4. Chrysler 1997 And look what has happened since because of Robert Eaton, Schrempp, and others.
  5. Seems all like an unusual tie-up, but with Opel, then Chrysler would definitely have some world-class small cars!
  6. Awesome! Can't wait to catch the updates!
  7. From experience I would say that VW's dealerships seem shady in how they deal with people and their problems. For God's sake, they accused me of taking my Golf V "off road" and that was why my transmission failed!
  8. Well, aside from my thinking that there shouldn't even be an X6 anyway, I'd much rather have M treatment for the 1-Series and new Z4 than this abomination. So much for BMW seeming to have their "focus" versus Mercedes-Benz and their AMG. R63 anyone?
  9. Well, due to the expectations European customers seem to have with their vehicles, of course this "big family car" will be better feeling, better driving, and exceptionally well equipped compared to anything that GM panders to U.S. customers.
  10. That is hott!
  11. "Third best selling brand for GM in 2008"
  12. I pretty much give up on two of Detroit's three. I'll hold out some hope, but I no longer look forward to upcoming product launches or replacements.
  13. Its so sad and revolting.
  14. I am very dissatisfied with all of this.
  15. There seems to be quite a bit o jubilation over this at the VWVortex Forums as well.
  16. Umm, BUICK PARK AVENUE!
  17. VWVortex- Golf VI to be.. GOLF in the U.S.! I for one am glad for this. I always feel embarrassed when I tell others that I drive a Rabbit.
  18. Wow. Just wow. That's incredible and unbelievable.
  19. I've been a few times to Detroit/COBO, and haven't had an issue with any of it.
  20. Yes! Indeed, Chrysler does need an appropriate and efficient compact.
  21. Well, recent products viewed, it seems that only Cadillac, Opel, and Holden have made anything worthwhile that have had architectures shared with other brands. Sigma, Delta, Epsilon, and Zeta. Sure, Kappa is fun, but a distraction and from what I gather, a Red Inker.
  22. Pardon my language, but aside from jobs, the economy, and all that, what is really left of GM for me to care about? Everything that has been any good lately has been killed early or cancelled entirely. I suppose that I no longer care what happens to GM, and even though I still root for Chrysler, if they don't do something "magic" I'll no longer care for them either. It's a sad, sad day.
  23. A beautiful statement! And I agree.
  24. Wow! You have got to check this out. I love her voice! The Buzz Log From Yahoo!
  25. i've always been around those who had great experiences with all of the K-car derivatives, minivans included.
