  1. Earl & Mitchell had more talent in their pinkys than todays' whole damn Automotive industry combined!
  2. Well since this thread is dead I want to announce that Camino got every answer correct. Not that there was ever any doubt.
  3. Well about 30% of them I guessed right on the first try just by revealing one square... another 60% I guessed after two squares but the "Honda Accord" was a B.S. question. After three squares I guessed Acura TSX and then revealed half the damn photo trying to figure out WTF was up wiht the pic. Then it dawns on me... the Europena Accord. The white Alfa was a bit tricky too.. it took four squares.
  4. Complete guesses: 1. Name the car that is heard revving its engine as part of the song Panama 1966 GTO 2. Sammy & Mike took delivery here in Detroit of their newest cars back in May. What were they? and for bonus - who got what color? Dodge Vipers 3. Eddie got together with an automotive magazine years ago and put together a contest. The winner got a vehicle similar to one that was made for Eddie. What was that vehicle? and for bonus - what is the VH connection with this particular vehicle? Porsche 911 4. What was the fate of the hot rod in the Hot For Teacher video? sold at Barrett Jackson for $300,000 5. What car was instrumental in having Sammy become VH's second lead singer? 1969 Camaro 6. What car model had a commercial using VH's version of You Really Got Me? Chevy Trucks 7. What GM vehicle is mentioned in the title of a Sammy Hagar song, and what is the full title of the song?Corvette
  5. I know it but it's just like the guys who give you a dirty look at a carshow when you say that the Toronado is one of the coolest FWD cars ever... the guy cocks his head and says "the Toronado? That's got a V8!" as if that automatically meant it was RWD.
  6. Let's not get unrealistic... If a BOF Chevelle/MC came out wiht RWD and a LS7 it would be dumbed down to only 495hp and would cost at least $17,999. ;)
  7. If the list allowed 10 cars I'd have included the Fiero
  8. The nose and hood betray this as a Poncho. Althought the chrome detailing is a bit Oldsmobile inspired and the wheel wells remind me of the 50s Buicks'... the fact that they're rd are a giveaway thoguh.
  9. Exactly... Brews & 84 nailed it. How creative. Out of the 100 manufacturers I bet one or MAYBE two have an "ORIGINAL" design/chassis.
  10. Burn M****F***ER let it burn, let it burn! Every time an Element or CRV burn to a crisp an Angel gets his wings! :P
  11. Cool, it's pretty easy: [email protected]
  12. What just happened here?
  13. Yes, there was a T-Type Regal in 1987. It's not a trick question. All of these questions are repeats.. that's why it's a review. I've heard stuff like this at least a dozen times: "That GTO had the Big Block wiht three carbs." or "I've got a little Pontiac Smallblock 326 in my Firebird."
  14. Cool!
  15. Sounds a lot better than the batteries in Toyotas.
  16. Yup... this was revealed back in June. I hope we do get some V8 Kappas soon!
  17. They only manuifactured 243,000 Caamros in 1969... the demand FAR exceedes the supply. If we're lucky there's 100,000 of them on the road and drivable and another 40,000 sittign in backyards and barns waiting to be rescued. There's PLENTY of people who want a '69 but can't afford one.. hell I'm one of them! Mean time thought my heart says keep the Camaro V8 only my brain says we need the Secretary's model V6 for the rental car companies young guys & girls. Look at NOS, he might not been able to afford a V8 and insure it at the same time.
  18. - Chevy Camaro: a choice of four V8 engines, 69 retro styling - Pontiac Grand Am: Kappa sedan with 4/6 cylinder engines and available fully manual trans. - Buick Electra/Roadmaster: RWD, you could choose between pushrod or Northstar power - Buick Regal two door luxury hardtop, Grand National PKG available wiht BiTurbo. - Cadillac Eldorado: retro 1967 2dr hardtop except wiht RWD.
  19. I miss Harry's "trips". We'd be talking about the Avalanche and next thing you know he's off on a tangent about Toaster Strudles and Polar Bears.
  20. I have always liked those rims... simple, elegnat.
  21. They already have the 3-series coupe this is not really breaking new ground.
  22. BV: After all taht B.S. about you being hideous you look like one of the yuppies from an A&F catalog. Griff: Wow, they let you lean on the truck and everything. At the 1991 International Auto Show in Boston I tried to touch the F40 they had behind the ropes and I got yeled at.
  23. Yup.... you guys are right. I got carded for the Lottery about a month ago. I was like WHAT? It's a powerball ticket not a gun! I'll have my revenge when I'm 97 years old and look like I'm only 89. Mach5: That's just strange. We also bought a Pumpkin costume ofr our Sofia. We originally wanted a Bumble Bee costume but couldn't find one small enough. Here's a pic of myslef wiht the family. (Marcia & litle Sofia) And the famous shot of Sofia in the Camaro:
  24. Damn they saw me coming from a mile away. :o Actually I think this works better: - CAMARO: THE MOST IMPORTANT CAR IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE - RWD IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A REAL CAR - PUSHROD V8 OR NORTHSTAR: THE ONLY ENGINES THAT MATTER - JAPANESE CARS ARE OVERPRICED & BLAND - GM IS BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE
