  1. Most of the Prototypes are very unappealing to me. I'd take a '84 SE over that gray whale myself.
  2. I knew that was coming. :P Fair is fair.
  3. The dibs commmercial was so damn lame it made me ashamed that Saturn is owned by GM. This sounds a lot better.
  4. Where does it stop...? Anyone here agree with the retard suing several Fsat Food places because he ate their food like 12 times a week and it made him fat? The ingredients were not properly disclosed to him... Give me an effin break! MAD-TV didan excelent parody of this case. Sad but true. <_<
  5. I like the Avenger name better but the car DID not change enough stylistically to warrant a name change. Fly: I thought you had an Aurora?
  6. Cool, heard about the show on the radio but had no idea it would feature a GM classic. :)
  7. Shoot.. you're right I Effed up the question... FIRST V8 hemi then. I could have sworn I saw soe documentary on discovery that said those Hemi-V8 powered Air-raid syrens were in use at the end of WWII. Hmmm.... my bad.
  8. Not impresssive at all. The stying is a bit dated ALREADY.
  9. Looks like a WitchDoctor shrunk down a Quest same way as they do heads.
  10. NOPE... no one has guessed it yet. Balthazar! - where are you? I'm thinking he's our last hope. The answer will knock your socks off!
  11. Let's not make a mistake here... it was killed because it was deemed a very BAD idea to make a FWD Musclecar. Just like Ford's Probe that was supposed to be called the Mustang the public outcry would have been tremendous. A FWD Camaro is like Kosher Bacon or a fish wiht no gills... wrong and impossible.
  12. Apparently the woman can sell sand to an Arab. Her "cottage" in Maine is worth a few million dollars, sits on a 60 ace property and has a guest house bigger than my entire house. BUICK: It's a good thing.
  13. Wow... I hope he was okay but damn I laughed my ass off at that. Now Marcia says I'm an ass for laughing at it.
  14. I'll agree wiht you on this one Fly.
  15. Z28 has the right idea. BBL: sounds like me and Sean. I bought him a pack of smokes the other night cause he is hurting but there's ben times when he bought me a hot meal cause I was broke. I understand. We all know Camino is not a a bad guy or the kind to take advantage or whatever...
  16. I've always liked those Buicks. This car wears the Carger grille like a Champ. It does the vertical bars of the fascia more justice than the original Mopar. Either way the 60s Toronados were awsome cars.
  17. I don't usually post in these threads unless I have pics to acompany the list.. here's a review of some of my spots from this summer: My own car at the Worcester Summer Nationals this July.... and some other interesting cars:
  18. As much as I love Camino I'm not in a position to help out financially these days. I have not even payed Ross for the CoupeDeville. Perhaps when I fianlly sell my Brougham I'll throw a few bucks in. Speaking of which did he sel that Jag project car? How's his pups doing?
  19. LOL would thier lips still move? :P One time as a kid working as the "Lot Boy" at the local dealership I almost roled a Silverado flatbed off of a 30' cliff when I was parking it on a very soft patch of grass. It had rained like 5" the week before and the earth litteraly acted like quicksand, but just on the outer edge of the embankment. I exited the truck through the passanger door and left it hanging there still sinking. We quickly chained it to a bigger box van and called a HD wrecker to get her out. It was pretty scary. All the salesman could not believe that the truck did not roll. The angle was so steep that the truck was physically only overcoming gravity because the tires were sunken into the ground so much it was stuck in that position. That was the closest I came ot killing myself on the job.
  20. If this is true than all I have to say is "Hello Trans Am!" I'm also glad that the coupe is getting the green light. I love the coupe's profile.
  21. I love BMWs, it just so happens I'd rather have a mint condition 1969 Camaro or a 1962 Cadillac CoupeDeville or even a 1959 Invicta over a $40,000 BMW. But If I was LOADED I might buy one. I might also buy a cheap 3-series wiht a manual trans if I ever stumble onto one. Esp. a 70s little coupe... or a classic "2002". AS far as rims sometimes it's fun to tear don peoples preconceptions and do somethign unexpected. As long as you think that the mooneye rims you installed on your 2006 BMW look good WTF does anyone elses' opinion matter. Same as Ilove the ubber-80s rims on my Datsun. I love them and think they look great on the car. They "fit" the vehicle's personality and the car is so rare it would be a stupid thing to discard those rims. But whatever.....
  22. Take it from a die hard Muscle Car fanatic: 95% of Pro street = :puke: Pro touring is AWSOME though. I'd love to embarass a 2005 BMW in a SCCA race with a pushrod C4-vette suspension equiped '69 Camaro. :D
  23. Super Cool, love the Surfboard sides. :)
  24. Still better than Gay Coleman...
  25. YOUTH MOVEMENT Sure there's a ton of Baby boomers driving the new Scion xA, tC and especialy the xBs but I'm sure there were a few old folks driving hip new Corvairs back in the 60s, right? :P
