  1. I traded it in on the Truck. It was a nice car but I didn't own it so they took it on a trade. Next summer I think i'll get a cheap small sporty car or a motorcycle..
  2. ^ I am glad to see them stick with the concept. It will be nice to see something that is a little different on the road, just the CR-V different.
  3. TIMMY!
  4. Thanks! I made it through my first weekend with my baby. Everything is going well, the more I drive it the more I like it! I like the growl out of the I5, very unique! Anyhow, more pictures (I took them at the Save on Foods ) I am in love with the interior of this truck, the contrast is amazing!
  5. It's really hard to believe that the transverse leafed luminas rode on the same platform as today's Lacrosse (Allure) and Impala. It's shows what updates can do to a platform. Aside from space limitations the platforms have done well.
  6. ^ Just try the I5, it's more powerful than they give it credit for, I also like how it sounds. I'm going to take more pictures tomorrow... hopefully outside.
  7. Well, I was looking into a Cobalt and quite interested in buying one but I mentioned to the Sales lady (Melanee) that I liked the Colorado. Well, that was it! She said that I should try one to see how much I liked it. Well, all I can say is that It's in my condo stall right now. I tested a LS without the Z71 pkg, and the truck that I bought. I ended up buying a Cherry Red Z71 LS crew cab 4x4 with power sunroof and what-not. It is quite the ride. It is a great leap back into the GM fold. I just hope that it is as strong as it feels. The 3.5 that everyone says is not powerful enough seems quite competent to me. Not that much difference than the 4L toyota engine even though it is bigger and has an extra cylinder. I have to say it was possibly the best sales experience I had ever. The sales people were some of the best I have ever senn. My salesperson; Melanee is not a car guru, but she is not trying to fool anyone either. She just gives her opinion and doesn't put down other makes (like Toyota or Honda salespeople), or try to wow you with her auto knowledge. I have some poor pictures:
  8. My opinion is the heading of the thread!
  9. I don't see many people buying cars without A/C anywhere anymore. I know some dealers bring is some without a/c but they sit on the lot for a long time before someone comes in and is attracted to the low price without a/c. Now in the meantime.. there maybe a market for cars that are bare bones.. no power brakes, steering, a/c, windows, stereo. Maybe only 1%.. even at that rate that could add up to 160,000 cars a year. My aunt is always complaining that you cannot get barebones anymore.. she drives 2000km a year. and keeps her car 15 years... her `95 neon was the first car she bought with power brakes and hates that she doesn't feel like she is physically slowing the car down.

    Cobalt?

The RSX is leased at 480, the $75 for the cobalt is to own the car over 5 years

    Cobalt?

Hey, I am at a crossroads, I am not sure of what I should do. I was looking at a Cobalt SS moonroof without the Supercharger. Now the car clocks in at approx $475 / month and is somewhere in the range for the lease payment on my 05 RSX. They said they "should" be able to buy out the lease on the RSX and I could buy the Cobalt. Does anyone have any opinion on this? I kinda like the RSX more but getting service is hard because of the limited dealers around and when you do get service there is still a hassle with getting parts. It took them 2 months for a strut and I don't see things getting better with the RSX being discontinued. I guess the major question is, is the Cobalt as good as it feels?
  12. I remember our union rants we had a while back, as much as I hate to say it, if this is what GM has to do to survive, then be it! Ironic enough, the extra money saved in mexico may keep workers working in Michigan!
  13. I know what you mean, I don't even let people roll the windows down in the car because people always want to drag their arms (and jewlery) down the side of the car! I don't touch the outside of trunk lid when I close it, I close the doors with the windows. Every time you even touch your car paint you damage it. I am extremely obsessive over my car, if you don't believe me, try me!
  14. I wish I could stay this age forever! I don't want to get older!

Well, I like it! I don't care what anyone else thinks, All the chrome and black would be schnazzy!
  16. I have been house shopping of late and there are a lot of houses out there that are far far worst, and I am not talking about cheap houses.
  17. Kiss and make up, its rare! he knows he screwed up, I doubt it will happen again. I say give him another chance.
  18. By the looks of that tire the guy doesn't do regular maitenance, he prolly has 1 mill km and the ball joint has been gone for years.. Who knows.. but by the looks of a tire down to the wear bars, the guy puts off maitenance! Just had to say it, Honda quality is good, not bulletproof. All cars are the same to me minus Kia and Volkswagen.. capital J!

  20. So, is Dex cool the reason why Brakes don't last on the Grand Ams? Haha!
  21. Thanks guys, it has been a good day Happy birthday to all my fellow birthday friends! Too bad I'm now 25... getting too old for a gay man, I guess I am soon going to be inducted to the dead fags society!
  22. I would have to say Tom Welling.. (yes it's tom) Love that guy!
  23. Exactly, who needs a freezer that goes to absolute zero? That is the attitude behind many Camry owners. Why get a V6? the 4 cylinder gets along fine and gets good milage.
  24. I've smoked pot twice, years ago.. I was drunk both times and I got really sick. So I learned that pot + corey does not add up to good times.
  25. Well.. This one is interesting: Slowcoaster - High
