  1. THANKS!!!
  2. Ok, yeah that pic was das whore. Here's a couple pics of me just for clarification. I can't wait until xmas so I can put good pics of the car on here. He already knows I get on here, I hope he hasn't snooped around and found the pics already.
  3. ok, no bumpers not right.
  4. Kinda looks like this '65 Catalina
  5. I text on the pot, might talk, depends who I'm talking to. Funny.
  6. wrath
  7. Alot of that stuff about GM and the economy doesn't hold as much water as it once did, but nevertheless, the impact on suppliers and the dealer network alone would be devastating, and the towns dependent on the factories and parts plants could be all but wiped out.
  8. I would agree completely. The Caddie techs probably don't mind them nearly as much. Our guys hate them. That said, all shops have cars they hate to work on. Our biggest is the Vette. We call them all El Diablo. And we tease the guys who have them sitting in their bays.
  9. Yes, from my own experience at our shop, they weren't as big of a problem child. Excluding the Caterable, the Caddies have all been good. Thats why I never understood the problem with the Aurora, its just a baby caddy.
  10. I've had a Treo for about 5 years now. I'm addicted to mine as well, my friends make fun of me, because I even take it to the bathroom with me. But, I'm too tight assed to buy the data plan, so I don't use it for email or surfing. I have about 10k texts a month so thats all I use it for. I have to have a full keyboard and have to have the touchscreen after so many years with one. I don't like the newer ones with Windows Mobile, can't stand it, too slow. I love the Palm OS, but it keeps me stuck with older Treos because AT&T didn't offer the 750 with Palm like Sprint does. I've sent my parts driver all the way to my house before to get it because I left it at home when I went to lunch. Kinda pissed my boss off. LOL
  11. As big an Olds fanatic as I am, and the Aurora was a gorgeous car, but it was always a turd. It's a shame. Everybody in our shop wants to run when one pulls in. We have one lady who consistently brings hers in and drops $1500 at a time several times a year but she loves it so much she won't give it up. I don't know why they had such problems, what the hell happened. We don't see that many G-body Rivs. Could have been such a cool ride. They're expensive to work on because everything is stuffed in it.
  12. This country can't afford for GM to go down. As nice as it would be for them to get out from under the Union possibly, by filing bankruptcy, they can't even do that because they would bankrupt all their suppliers. The trickle down effect would be horrid. We have to bail them out and then do some serious house cleaning at the top. Fire them all, all the bigwigs. Thats a start.
  13. I don't have any stock. I just work for a dealership and buy way way too many new Chevrolets. LOL
  14. Nice, I dig on the goatee action!
  15. Winger?!!!! I shall forgive due to my ex's undying love of hairbands. LOL
  16. cropophilia LMAO!!!! sorry couldn't resist, I'm drunk.
  17. Love it!!! What about mine? Theres gotta be something beneficial to guys doing cunnilingus. You know, there are those that still don't do it. Very strange and very disappointing. LOL
  18. LOL yeah I can see it. Hugh just got sexiest man of the year on people or something, its the hottest pic I've ever seen of him.
  19. Dear T Charlieville, You made the right choice when you put your confidence in General Motors, and we appreciate your past support. I want to assure you that we are making our best vehicles ever, and we have exciting plans for the future. But we need your help now. Simply put, we need you to join us to let Congress know that a bridge loan to help U.S. automakers also helps strengthen the U.S. economy and preserve millions of American jobs. Despite what you may be hearing, we are not asking Congress for a bailout but rather a loan that will be repaid. The U.S. economy is at a crossroads due to the worldwide credit crisis, and all Americans are feeling the effects of the worst economic downturn in 75 years. Despite our successful efforts to restructure, reduce costs and enhance liquidity, U.S. auto sales rely on access to credit, which is all but frozen through traditional channels. The consequences of the domestic auto industry collapsing would far exceed the $25 billion loan needed to bridge the current crisis. According to a recent study by the Center for Automotive Research: • One in 10 American jobs depends on U.S. automakers • Nearly 3 million jobs are at immediate risk • U.S. personal income could be reduced by $150 billion • The tax revenue lost over 3 years would be more than $156 billion Discussions are now underway in Washington, D.C., concerning loans to support U.S. carmakers. I am asking for your support in this vital effort by contacting your state representatives. Please take a few minutes to go to www.gmfactsandfiction.com, where we have made it easy for you to contact your U.S. senators and representatives. Just click on the "I'm a Concerned American" link under the "Mobilize Now" section, and enter your name and ZIP code to send a personalized e-mail stating your support for the U.S. automotive industry. Let me assure you that General Motors has made dramatic improvements over the last 10 years. In fact, we are leading the industry with award-winning vehicles like the Chevrolet Malibu, Cadillac CTS, Buick Enclave, Pontiac G8, GMC Acadia, Chevy Tahoe Hybrid, Saturn AURA and more. We offer 18 models with an EPA estimated 30 MPG highway or better — more than Toyota or Honda. GM has 6 hybrids in market and 3 more by mid-2009. GM has closed the quality gap with the imports, and today we are putting our best quality vehicles on the road. Please share this information with friends and family using the link on the site. Thank you for helping keep our economy viable. Sincerely, Troy Clarke
