Belive it or not, Tulsa is a very gay friendly city. Almost all the clubs or bars worth going to are gay and they're packed. The atmosphere of ths city and its culture, arts, music everything is perfect. And its SUPER cheap to live here. I paid $132,000 for brand new 2100 sq ft house. Gas is $1.42. And from personal experience, screw the family and want everybody thinks, we only live once, you HAVE to find happiness. You are what matters, if the people in your life truly love you unconditionally they'll be there no matter what, and people who may not like $h! at first will come around. Do whatever you have to do to be happy. Like me, after this divorce I'm done doing what I think peole expect from me, I'm done being a damn doormat, it's my freaking turn and I'm doing whatever makes me happy. And whether I end up with a man or woman makes me no difference, its all about who I fall in love with. Everybody can deal with it or go to hell.

I've always run Valvoline in everything until I started buying new cars and I've put all of them on Mobil 1 at their first oil change until my new Silverado, I decided on Royal Purple. I drive short trips almost exclusively, so I thought it was the best way to go. Still not sure what to run in the cutty. 109,000k miles and have no idea what they had been running in it since birth. I have great oil pressure, we always ran Valvo straight 50 Racing oil to keep up the oil pressure in our 350 Rocket motors. Probably just go with 10/40 Valvoline, a little late for a Syn I guess. I'm also scared to touch the tranny fluid, at that many miles I'm afraid to do a flush as bad as I want too. Even a filter and fluid change could lock her up if the fibers are too worn. Any suggestions? I did flush out the brake system and put on new hoses. The coolant looks amazing, so should be good there.

Was it really low when you filled up? Maybe you sucked some junk up into the filter from the bottom of the tank. It does have a steel tank on it. Just a guess.

So sorry about you not getting that Cutlass. Before I got my first one, I found a '72 Monte, black w/ gold flake, 400, all new interior in black, new everything, very very very cherry. They wanted $4500, my grandma said she wouldn't spend that much on that old of a car. I was crushed!!! Never forgot, I can still see it as if it were right in front of me. What a beautiful car it was.

Yeah we're not quite that bad, but what pisses me off the most was 5 minutes after they told me, our GM walks back and is talking to the service manager about hacking parts prices and labor on an RO for a buddy of his!! WTF?! What a slap in the face! Bastard!

Well the trickle down effect has already begun. Despite gas prices our sales are horrible. Even though Service and parts is doing admirable sales, the whole dealership is making cuts, just fired a few managers and today I got a paycut. Pretty bad timing for me considering the recent divorce. Theres rumor that Sonic Corp is going to shut down one of our biggest Chevy dealers and a redundant Nissan dealer that should've never existed in the first place. I know my dealer will survive because of our size and location, I just hope we don't go bankrupt individually before things get better. My pay had already gone down due to I'm commission. The fate of the Silverado is sketchy right now. May have to sell it and share the Cutty with the boy to save money. All of this couldn't have come at a worse time for me, seriously. I just chewed the ex's ass off. LOL Guess the boy's gonna have to get a job and I'll have to get a 2nd job. I don't wanna sell my new baby or my house. Sigh.
