  1. I picked the Vue. I think it's pretty and it's GM. But, I do like Fords and my mom is drooling over the Edge. So really i think either would be a good buy. Drive them both a lot!! See if you can keep each one for th eweekend, you'd be surprised, I've done it.
  2. LOL, he's 37. I'm 33. He's not old, gets better looking every year. Why do men get better with age? It's not fair, he's SO much better looking now than when I married him.
  3. Listening to the old man and the kid kill people on Rainbox 6-Vegas.
  4. Nice, I'm sure the riding there is beautiful, nice roads, beautiful countyside. We usually have to ride 2 hours or more away to find a nice stretch of windy road. My butt can't much handle that much time on the back of the GSXR, it's usually numb within 3-4 miles. LOL Needless to say I don't go much. But I could if I got this new bike.
  5. I was thinking probably the red one so it'll kind of match our red gixxer. and my z!! :AH-HA_wink:
  6. Yeah if you do that many, it would be a great help. But expensive to get setup. I have a friend who has done just that, and does work for other people on the side. It's helping to pay for the intial setup.
  7. I understand the body shop problem believe me. I have to deal with them all the time since the dealer I work for doesn't have one. I found one good reliable shop that actually is pretty damn fast, but they are expensive, because they are so damn good. They mostly only do resto work, custom paint, hot rods, that sort of thing. But they do quite a bit of work for us, mostly small stuff. Finding a good machine shop around here is a much much bigger problem. They are all slow and do crappy work. We basically gave up, and we found a place that sells reman heads for super cheap and they do REALLY good work, but they are in Texas. For bigger stuff, like engines, we just sell the crate motors, it's much easier and faster.
  8. Everyone who lives has this as their biggest complaint. It's really a beautiful place, and the peole are great, but yes the culture sucks. Tulsa isn't as bad with the art galleries and museums and the music scene is improving and has always been pretty prevelent(sp?), but it still needs work. We have a Symphony again, since Tulsa Philharmonic went bankrupt.
  9. Awww, how come?
  10. Cool, thanks. I shall.

    Building a 128i

I totally feel your pain, which is why I bought the Z. I was tired of waiting. Mine isn't a 4-seater unfortunately, and it was $34,000, but it was the most car, closest to what I wanted in a car for a reasonable amount of money. If I could have afforded the extra $5000 or so, I would've gotten the G37, so I could have a back seat.
  12. They want about $16,500 with the semi automatic tranny, which I would have to have. I can't afford one right now because I just bought the Z, but maybe in the future I could get one of these and ride with him. It's the only way I could see myself riding a bike alone. I could never ride a regular bike.
  13. It's ok I suppose, but I'm more into history. I liked the '03 one better.
  14. Spyder Can-Am Whatcha think?
  15. I kind of want to quit, mostly for the money and it's a hassle. But, my hubby refuses to even consider it, he says he likes to smoke and isn't ready. His health is far worse than mine I think, and I want us to do it together. It would be much much harder for me to quit while he sat here lighting up.
  16. I have to agree with the A-bodies. Just stick with the Cutlass or Century. Try to get a little newer so you can get a 3.8. They really are bullet proof.
  17. Smoked Marlboros since day one, switched to the menthols about 7-8 years ago.
  18. 1-2 packs a day for 20 years now.
  19. I take it you've visited a Braum's? LOL
  20. Here's another funny, it's a .pdf though, it was the only way I could do it because it was an email. tulsa_barbies.PDF
  21. Here's a couple of ours.... Funny Okies more funny Okies
  22. Holy Diver-Killswitch Engage
  23. grapes
  24. Yeah, it shows the VIN with engine code Z. Alot of the city trucks were blue interior so maybe a salvage would have a few. I'm still kinda partial to the pewter Z71 though, I wonder whats wrong with it though for $5500?
