  1. Ford @ Geneva 2008: 2009 Ford Kuga New Ford Kuga ready to pounce into action Link to Original Article @ Autoblog
  2. The Fiesta name has history, sure, but just ask someone off the street what they think of when you say that particular name ... I don't think their response would be as rosy red as if you asked them what they think of when you say the name "Mustang" in comparison.
  3. I wanted to see this movie when I first heard about it, then I found out JJ Abrams was the director. I think it's going to ultimately be a big disappointment. I mean, Abrams didn't allow Shatner to make a cameo in the movie when he openly asked for it. You do not make a Star Trek movie and not have the original Captain Kirk somewhere in it.
  4. Fly's on a never ending hiatus, it seems, so, yeah, pretty much. Fly kept this place going, and now ...
  5. It's just like seeing something out of a dream, really.
  6. That's it. Right there.
  7. Most likely. And Toni's a he, not a she.
  8. Have a great day, mjdecker/Decka/guy who had his front-drive car doing a rear-drive burnout in his avatar for a while. Hope today is a great day.
  9. BV, that formula works wonderfully for compact and mid-sized cars. But I guess I'm just as stubborn as everyone else when I say a large rear-drive sedan has to offer at least one V8 engine. It doesn't have to be a whole slew of them, just one at the minimum. I was watching Top Gear on You Tube (seems to be a frequent thing here lately) and they were reviewing the Astra VXR. Watching that car torque steer was in one particular part of the review, well ... it reinforces the idea that a "front-drive performance car" is little more than an oxymoron and mostly a bad idea. Feeding anything over 200 horsepower to the front wheels of a car that are also expected to steer the car, well, it takes the handling and throws it right out the window.
  10. Also, from what I can tell, the front reminds me of the now departed Q45.
  11. The black Challenger is quite seductive.
  12. RU4REAL???? TAT MUZT B LIEZZZZ!!!
  13. Country music today is mostly about three things, really: your truck, your dog, and your divorce.
  14. Northie restored my post count. I don't know, but I doubt it. It's alright if they can't, it's just one of those things where you say, "Damn, that sucks," and just move on, really.
  15. Look, everybody, it's Chris's birthday present. Hard to tell anything with the acres of black garbage bags taped on it, but I think the rear fenders have a little hip to them.
  16. Anyway ... Tool's cover of Led Zeppelin's "No Quarter."
  17. You mean Ska (i.e. Five Iron Frenzy)?
  18. Well, on the Indie end of things, maybe try Minus The Bear? It has one of my favorite guitarists, Dave Knudson. The man is a beast at guitar.
  19. Nothing as far as today's winter weather goes, but on New Year's Day last month, I saw a Honda Accord in a ditch.
  20. Just got an "IPS Driver" error. Those errors are the ones that suck the most because they force me to post at GMI.
  21. I'm a mostly Metal kind of guy. But I don't specifically restrict myself to just that one particular kind of music, it's really what I listen to on a more frequent basis compared to other genres.
  22. Quoted for truth.
  23. Happy birthday, Mr. Doane.
  24. It's far more reliable than you might think. Plus, if you do break down, simple mechanic skills would fix most problems. Old engines aren't as complex as today's engines are. You just gotta remember two main things, really: plugs and points.
