  1. I guess I'll use this thread to confess a guilty pleasure. I'd restore and perform an engine swap on one of these for the hell of it, if I had already restored the Chevelle or Camaro of my choice: I mostly liked the one I had seen last year during one of Somerset's monthly car shows they hold over the summer/early fall months. With it's mini-Vette styling and a smallblock install, it could be one really mean sewing machine! But, I'll also say, after seeing it in person and in photographs, that I don't like the tall roofline on the GT. It spoils the mini-Corvette styling. I do hope it's there again this summer, however. It was sort of a treat to see.
  2. Sometimes your best weapon is karma. :AH-HA_wink:
  3. "World Of Lies" - At The Gates I really like this band.
  4. What goes around does in fact come around. Each and every person on that page will get what is coming to them in due time. :AH-HA_wink:
  5. "Blinded By Fear" - At The Gates
  6. Look at my sig. Now look at PCS's. Which one tells the story that gives you your answer? :AH-HA_wink:
  7. The Chevelle, older Camaros, the last-generation B-Body Impala SS, the Pontiac A-Bodies ... god, the list goes on and on!
  8. Wait, you weren't talking about The Great Southern Trendkill, were you? If not, then I somehow got it and the album you were talking about confused. (I think I was listening to "Floods" when I was writing my earlier post, so that's probably why.)
  9. I think tactical espionage is the better way to go. :AH-HA_wink:
  10. I demand a refund. I want the wasted five-minutes of my life back.
  11. I'm aware of what you're doing. :AH-HA_wink:
  12. I think I should get a big yellow school bus and load up all of the GME ex -- oooopss! -- I mean the "proponents" you speak off and take them all back to kindergarten so they can learn that all important golden rule. :AH-HA_wink:

    *blink*

We had a winter storm at the beginning of this month, around the fourth, I believe. Had a good eight inches on the ground. My dog really enjoyed it, probably more than he should have.
  14. I could care less what GM positions it or labels it as. The only thing that matters to me is that the basic V6 model does not cost some totally asinine price, which it more than likely won't.
  15. I do find it interesting, however, that the band (recorded in the Abbott's native Texas) and the vocals (recorded in Anselmo's native Louisiana) were recorded separately, in two different studios miles apart from one another and that the end result didn't come out sounding so stitched together.
  16. Hmmm ... that reminds me, have you finished all of your waffles yet? I think I'm still seeing a few you haven't touched and I believe there's still plenty of syrup left. Best finish it all, now! You are still growing you know!
  17. Wow. It's pretty much like the sewing machine aisle at Wal-Mart in here! Except for that Sky. I have to say it is probably my favorite fabric-stitching device of them all. (And let me say, they couldn't have done it without you, Pontiac.) :AH-HA_wink:
  18. The SVX's windows-within-windows concept always make me laugh. If I ever have the chance to make an SVX owner roll his windows down, I'll make sure to ask him if I'm at the correct window to have my paycheck cashed. But, seriously, you'd have a better chance at a one-night stand with the celebrity of your choice than find a SVX for sale near you.
  19. There's a red Fiero SE that is 10 minutes away from me, patiently waiting for a loving owner. The price is cheap too, I believe. Sound good?
  20. I would have bought a Charger SE plus instead, but the Avenger is alright too. Congrats on the new car.
  21. Oh, I don't ask about you or gather information on you, what I know is information that I have been told by random chance. Trust me. I have better things to do with my time. My source just tells me things about GME when I request information that can enrich my knowledge of what's going on in the industry ... and he also likes to tell me many a tall tale of seeing the elusive Yeti on GME grounds during his visits there. It really gets in the way of learning anything terribly pertinent, sometimes, I am sad to say. He says Mr. Yeti is quite hard to snap a photo of, but he's determined to eventually get his proof and sell it to Barnum & Bailey's great circus. I have wished him luck. :AH-HA_wink:
  22. By 2014, Saturn/Opel's line will look mostly like this ... ... and they will be unified by a new, shared logo, maybe this one ... ... or maybe even this one. :AH-HA_wink:
  23. My source tells me so much different about your feet. :AH-HA_wink:
