  1. Not really, in my opinion. The electronic steering in our G6 V6 made the front of the car feel slow, loose, and disconnected. It was akin to steering a boat and it seemingly handled like one. Our Aura with traditional hydraulic steering is a much better handler than the G6 with electronic steering. The Aura feels precise and weighted in comparison to the G6. I am sorry, but that electronic steering system is not one of GM's better executed ideas.
  2. As far as he could tell, there is no bondo or collision damage done to the car. As for drivabilty, he tells me that it does have one problem concerning that: it hauls way too much ass. :AH-HA_wink: And I will promise to deliver. :AH-HA_wink: And they are very sharp rides. I wish the MC dad is thinking about was black like your '76. That would only push me to make him buy it that much more. I wouldn't argue if the concept showed up in my driveway. :AH-HA_wink:
  3. I'll keep you posted. :AH-HA_wink: Hmmm! I had never notice that before. That is quite interesting. You know, I have always found the styling of the second-generation Montes the most graceful. The fenders are bold and suggest power but are elegant and flowing at the same time. I think it's even more apparent on the concept version. It is a shame that GM didn't build that concept as is, rear-drive and all.
  4. Speaking of the second-generation Impalumina coupe, has anyone ever noticed that the headlights are in the shape of bloated, jellybean bowties? I'm going to see if dad will go back tomorrow and take it for another test drive. I think that could persuade him to start some negotiations. :AH-HA_wink:
  5. Well, I knew about the hair, you aren't an Irishman. Now, as for your torso and upper arms, I'm not so sure. j/k
  6. Nice self-portrait, although I think you may have exaggerated a few details. j/k
  7. Well, I think my dad would like the challenge. And I know I'm most certainly up to it. There is no challenge too great for the likes of myself. :AH-HA_wink: They do have strong family ties (unlike that bastard two-door W-Body of the same name).
  8. Ambitious plans I see! I wish you the best of luck in your endeavor to drive PCS up the walls! I think it shouldn't be too hard, given what his future holds for him: No sleep tonight for you, Mr. PCS!
  9. This report brought to you by Captain Obvious. Thanks, Captain. j/k
  10. Looks like the agitator has become the agitated!
  11. distraction
  12. You can resist it, Blu. Go for a Cobalt Sport with a five-speed instead. :AH-HA_wink:

  14. My, your spelling is atrocious! Oh, wait! I forgot, English isn't your first language. Sorry. I believe it is this: Nice bumper sticker, by the way. Looks like inside of your Italian shell, there beats the heart of a redneck.
  15. This is the '76 Monte Carlo my dad is considering to buy. The car is totally rust-free and only needs some mild interior work. The cost is four grand, but my dad says the owner seems to be flexible on the price up to one grand. Thoughts? And a big thank you to Cort for giving me that link!

  18. Why our own z28luvr did! He also did the skins for the site as well.
  19. Jonas Brothers, hmm? I offer my condolences, PCS. You dirty, dirty man you! Preying on unsuspecting teenage girls like that, like an old man at the mall. Shame! :rotflmao:
  20. KY is Wawa and 7-11 free! I have been to the former once in my life and the latter twice in my life. The closest thing we have to either down here would be a Speedway convenience store and it sucks compared to either of them. But, forget Wawa, 7-11, and Speedway. I want to give these guys a try. I wonder if they would give me a Castrol Coke to wash it down with?
  21. Excellent. :AH-HA_wink:
  22. Z can make the actual sig, but it will be me who will design what will be in the sig. :AH-HA_wink: I just hope that it will be able to run circles around the ST, and that is a hard act to top.
  23. All of this talk about new sigs makes me want a new one. :AH-HA_wink:
  24. You are very welcome, Camino. Maybe, with a little luck and a lot of determination, I will play a part in your sig history in the future. :AH-HA_wink:
  25. :rotflmao: Oops! I didn't realize that "b" and "n" were that close on a keyboard!
