  1. The parking brake is broken.
  2. I can beat that; the Sonoma will do 0-60 in 16 seconds. And its agonizing.
  3. What a pity. How long did things go on around here without you (or your "persona," rather?) trying to stir things up with me? Its like you love to fight with me. Well guess what? I'm not playing along this time. Don't reply to this, thanks. You won't get any further response from me.
  4. Yeah, let's just drop the whole subject. I made my point.
  5. I know a few years back, a company made an aftermarket body kit for the Sonoma/Jimmy that would give it the appearance of a SyTy ...
  6. This is asinine. The Corsica/Beretta sucked guys, get over it. Then again, when you consider that they replaced the god awful Citation, I guess they do look like a f@#king Rolls Royce in comparison. I'm sure someone on these forums would have a complaint with it, since, you know, the Citation and Corsica were related cars. Quite related in fact. And I'll show some sort of proof for that, so I don't look like a $h!-for-brains hillbilly to some people on these forums. link link Calling one an L-Body isn't incorrect either. Show me that it's an incorrect term for two of the most mediocre cars Chevrolet produced and I'll happily eat my words.
  7. This is the only truck I can honestly say I lust for. Although if I were actually going to buy one of the SyTy trucks, I'd really rather have a Typhoon. Much more practical IMHO.
  8. The 1970 Buick Wildcat (the Wildcat's best year), maybe a 1970 - 1972 Skylark/GS, 1985 Grand National.
  9. Well said. I don't want to beat the dead horse ... but I'm going to anyway: front-wheel drive cars based off of mainstream car platforms DO NOT have a place at a luxury brand. I'm going to have a phone number on stand-by, for Cadillac's tombstone.
  10. Ten-thousand times isn't enough. How does ten-billion times on a daily basis sound? Why not take it to the extreme? It should be mandatory that all GM management have this tattooed somewhere on their being: forehead, arms, ass, whatever.
  11. You poor, poor thing.
  12. The subtle changes made to the rear of the Ampera makes it look a lot better in comparison to the Volt. Ampera: Volt: However, I don't really much care for the "bleeding mascara emo kid" front facsica of the Ampera.
  13. Fine. I won't write anything about the L-Body cars.
  14. Yes, I have seen the new Venza and RX in person at the Louisville auto show and I stand by my statement. I don't kiss my mother at all. In fact I haven't kissed anyone, period, since early November. I suppose that explains everything huh?
  15. The Cutlass. Think about it. For years after the size had grown from compact to intermediate, these were as commonplace as the Camry is today. It was Oldsmobile's most popular and successful model.
  16. Yes, one is ugly as f@#k and the other is ugly as $h!. Which is which is personal opinion.

QUOTE (trinacriabob)Nothing but love, PCS, nothing but love... All of the love in here is giving me an odd feeling of itchiness and nausea.
  18. Forget selling the Sonoma. I'm about ready to tell someone to steal it.
  19. How? Yeah, there isn't a good answer for that one, huh?
  20. I live in Berea, which is to the south of Lexington.
  21. It's gotta be kush.
  22. The gay manager at the local Mickey D's has hooked me up with an extra Big Mac a few times when I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 1. I place my money on yes.
  23. Point taken. As for the hobbyists, it would have been the same story as with the Dodge Charger: they would have would have learned to live with it. I remember that I have an issue of Car and Driver that dates back to the summer of 1992 that had an artist's rendition of the Aurora that was spot on. Among the names being thrown out for the car was Anthem and Toronado. Car and Driver seemed to believe Anthem would be the name for the flagship Oldsmobile. I believe the "valence panel" between the headlamps was another Toronado-inspired cue.
  24. EXCITEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! holds up better than a BMW in a serious accident. http://www.car-accidents.com/pages/acciden...ep-crash-2.html
  25. Well, I'm not out to write your biography PCS. That was my impression, though. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
