  1. My problem with GM doesn't just lie with their lack of products which only offer one flavor to the consumer, but a good deal of their management, which makes promises only to fail to deliver on them. Fritz The Ditz Henderson is not and will not be the CEO that will be GM's savior like Alan Mually has been for Ford.
  2. I wonder what part two could be ...
  3. Just watched an ad for the new 2010 Equinox that bragged on its MPG ratings. Its an informative ad and all, but it's so ... boring. I hate the New GM.
  4. I haven't been able to find it on YouTube, but tonight I noticed an ad for the Nissan Altima that opened up with acutal quotes from Motor Trend and Car and Driver reviews of the Toyota Camry. Both quotes directed insult to the Camry, with the Car and Driver quote saying the Camry was "dull as dishwater." You know who should be making an ad just like that for their mainstream sedan, right? Bravo to Nissan for doing what a certain car company never had the balls to do.
  5. That wasn't a travesty, that thread was 25 pages full of win.
  6. Oh, and I got an Atari 2600 in a junkyard for free, complete with 17 games including Pac-Man, Asteroids, and the worst game ever made: the E.T. The Extra Terrestrial video game. How much am I sitting on there?
  7. Seriously? I know where I can get that exact game for two bucks (well, if it's still there). Time to cash in.
  8. I'd rather not die old, so I'll take the mauling. Anything involving general bestiality is a bad idea. Mr. Hands can attest to that. Just ask ... him ... oh wait.
  9. For me, designing small cars like the Chevrolet Spark.
  10. Dream up!
  11. Make it spell "R-E-T-I-R-E."
  12. Yeah, there's no way this dude has been driving Buicks since the '80s like he claims. He doesn't seem no where near as mature as he claims. He's probably 17 and his parents probably passed down a very used Century to him.
  13. This is the last Buick ever made that I find desirable: Everything after that has been more than worthy of the Florida retirement homes they've been parked in front of.
  14. What? No Toronado?
  15. I know they used Pontiac V8s in most, if not all of, the '50s GMC pickups and Suburbans. Further information is here: http://infao5501.ag5.mpi-sb.mpg.de:8080/to...8.xml&style
  16. Me and everyone else who makes fun of his illogical fallacies.
  17. Okay, let me show you just how badly the drugs have f@#ked you up little man. See that? It's the 2010 Buick LaCrosse, based on the Epsilon II platform. Okay, now, the 2009 Malibu is not on the same platform. You following me so far? It's on the previous Epsilon I platform. The 2010 LaCrosse is related to the following car. Okay that right there, that's the 2009 Opel/Vauxhall Insignia, also based on the Epsilon II platform. Neither car shares a single piece of sheetmetal. Actually, they aren't even on the same wheelbase. That car, by the way, will be Buick's second new model after the LaCrosse. It'll be the new Regal. Alrighty then, provided I haven't sent you on a bad trip, let's study the interiors for a sec. That's the interior of the 2010 Insignia/Regal. Now, I'm going to put up a picture of the 2010 LaCrosse's interior. Very little to nothing is shared between the two. Do you see now? I don't know what the hell kind of drugs you're doing, but it isn't pot and I don't even think its coke. And of course Chevrolet is going to have the most complete portfolio out of GM's four brands. That's GM's mainstream division, where all of the sales and money comes in from. Buick does not have Chevrolet's role. Buick is a "niche premium" division targeting Acura. Does Acura have 20 models? No. That's not what Acura is about. From now on, equal Buick to Acura, Chevrolet to Toyota, GMC to the premium truck division of Buick, and Cadillac to Mercedes-Benz. Get it now? Or do I have to call the cops so you'll put down the lighter and the crack pipe and wake the hell up? You're last comment is the only thing you had right in the whole damn post. Please, don't be another smk and check your facts before you start spouting off crap like that.
  18. Indeed it would almost be worth it, but that car is ever so slightly out of my price range once I get to thinking about it. It needs a lot of bodywork when you study the pics a little and I won't have the money to fund that little project for a while.
  19. +1 It deserves a loving home and I remembered that you were wanting one Olds-boi. It's a few miles from home, but then again so was my Cutlass. I don't regret making the trip to get it at all. :AH-HA_wink:
  20. That's how my dad was. At first, I resented driving a manual, then I grew to love it. I would really love it if my next car to replace the Firebird was a stick. And if it isn't, well, that can be fixed ... :AH-HA_wink:
  21. I believe that I may just join up with this club.
  22. And they clam that they "have no rival sites." Pffffttttt ... Puh-lease, give me a break. This site, I will say, no matter how far declined it's gotten, will always be better than GMI.
  23. If someone hurt my lilac, I know exactly what I would do: I would tie them to the back of a truck and drag them down the interstate until I reached the border.
