  1. I'm not buying one - just sharing a deal. First of all, I can't afford another new car now, and second of all there's no way I'd buy something that big.
  2. Daddy likey Sure, it's cheesy and not original next to most exotics, but there's just something I like about this one.
  3. There's a dealership in Toronto dumping their remaining '06 Tauruses for CAD$13,988. For comparison, the bloody Aveo is CAD$12,995, and the Cobalt is $14,930. If I was in the market for a car that big right now, I might even look past the fact that it's a F**d.
  4. The idea is so brilliant that I don't even care what it looks like. IMO, the design is not that bad, I'd give it 6/10. As long as it was affordable (closer to $25k, $30k is too much to pay for a car period IMO), I would buy it even if it looked like a Aztek humped a Yugo.
  5. Yeah, sorry but I don't agree with this at all. I would buy the Volt in a second, and I would buy the Smart ForTwo as well if it weren't so expensive.
  6. Screaming: Depends how coherent the voice still is. There are good and bad screamers, just like there are good and bad singers. System of a Down and Billy Talent - good screamers. Alexis On Fire - bad screaming.
  7. Out of curiosity, what does DelSignore mean? Of the men? What about Notorandrea?
  8. OK, If we're going into place names, I got a few for you. Madill, Oklahoma. Madill's my last name. Beamsville, Ontario Beam is my mother's maiden name, the town is named after some of my ancestors. Both sides of my family have done tons of genealogy work, which is how I know I'm Polish, Ukranian, Irish, French, Swiss, Scottish, German and Native. Those are roughly in order, I'm mostly Polish and Ukranian and very little Native. All this genealogy has also found some interesting things. Beam comes from "Boheme", another way of saying Gypsy, which is part of the reason for all the countries. Also, my great (x5) grandfather Jacob Beam founded the Beam breweries, and was the great grandfather of Jim Beam. Yeah, that Jim Beam.
  9. Umm... was that an attempt at an insult? Really? All this is just in jest BV. Even the Millenia comments. I just saw that picture, and I just had to say it... I've been meaning to ask as well... what's a good Avenged Sevenfold song? There was one of their songs in one of the Guitar Hero games that sounded pretty good, but I don't remember the title.
  10. NOS - You wouldn't catch me in a Millenia. I have taste. :AH-HA_wink:
  11. Ah? Not sure what that means, NOS! Hope it doesn't mean I'm a douchebag.
  12. :AH-HA_wink: Yeah, I know. It's the wrong state. Nerdcore.
  13. I don't think it really has anything to do with "raincoats". Eastern Europe is its' own birth control. The "architecture", the ugly people. I mean, I don't even think a Slovakian could get laid unless he drove some tight whip like a '68 Camaro or something... :AH-HA_wink:
  14. I'm kind of surprised that Russia is higher than most of Europe as well. Any theories behind that?
  15. Congratulations man. Personally, I'm a little apprehensive of the first three years, but I still want to have kids one day.
  16. Some of you may remember this rather odd wall in my condo from when I posted pictures of the inside. Well - I leaned on it today and it cracked. So, it was hammer time. (No parachute pants required) Man, what a freakin' mess. The worst part is, I just finished cleaning all the floors in this place. Oh well, it will be more open now and probably seem bigger. Next things I have to do (tomorrow) are to clean up the pile of concrete, tear down the mesh and metal supports and figure out how to move that thermostat.
  17. Bigger version I'm interested to see what Africa will do over the next 20 years. How can a country survive almost 50% of the population dying?
  18. I think I just had a nerdgasm. Thanks for posting.
  19. Enjoy! Wish I could afford the ticket and time off...
  20. Whoops... I can't tell one foreign-only '80s s***box from another, so I just took the site's word that it was a Lada.
