  1. That's right, bring all that American money over here before it's totally useless, let us spend it! :AH-HA_wink:
  2. Oh, and also: late model Explorer with tacked on side vent and 'turbo' badge from a Porsche.
  3. Apparently the nice weather is bringing out the car buffs in Toronto. On the DVP today I was flanked by a Carrera 4 and a... Ferrari 575 Superamerica!
  4. I know an officer with the Windsor police and he told me something amusing. The Windsor lockup where they take the people they arrest is downhill from the parking lot, so they have to go down a big set of concrete stairs to get to the door of the building. Any real slime (rapists, murderers...) get a hardy shove towards the top of the stairs. They're already cuffed so they have a rather rough ride down, sometimes they even land right on their faces.
  5. So how does she respond when you get rough with the stick? (this has been your dirty mind test of the day, did you think woman or VW? :AH-HA_wink: )
  6. My post counts are going down... less interesting topics. Can't really pin it down exactly - I'm checking the site about as often as I used to, I'm just finding myself without as much to say.
  7. Hmmm... Metallica... I like Blackened, and some of the singles. I haven't found much else to like. *flame suit on*
  8. Huh? I see more Mazda 5s than HHRs...
  9. I was referring to the insurance payments, not your accident. However, I bet you could fix both your cars for what it costs me for a year's insurance.
  10. Tired of Assachusetts? Come to Ontario. C'mon, I only pay $4200/year for a Cobalt! What a steal (down from $5700/year). There are always worse cases than yours. :AH-HA_wink:
  11. If that was Matt Hardy he would have done a swanton bomb onto the roof.
  12. I seriously doubt that either the movie itself or this piece of news will have much of an effect on people's opinions on Global Warming... I mean really... I bet most of the people who went to see this were just unsure about their opinions and wanted them reinforced by somebody 'official'. I don't need my opinions validated. I didn't see it.
  13. They're assuming Americans just see foreigners as foreigners, and won't ask questions.
  14. I work right near the Ajax, Ontario Volkswagen/Audi plant. I just recently saw an R8 with a decal on the side, something about a Canadian Racing League, with a maple leaf logo. It was pulling out of the plant for a test drive around the industrial area, with an A5 following it closely.
  15. I'm building control system software right now (there's a test running on the other machine, nothing like working and surfing C+G). It's a control / monitoring program for a robot that inspects fuel tubes in the Ontario nuclear plants.
  16. Originality in a new design would be good for the Corvette. However it should not come from established Ferrari design cues.
  17. Those windshields look right, but neither of them have the hood end just in front of the hood ornament like the one in the picture seems to... Nobody else with a guess? I really don't know the answer here, I'd kind of like to find out.
  18. I didn't think it would be possible to pick wheels uglier than a ricer-style body kit, but I think he's found them. The wheels actually offend me more than the kit, and that's saying a lot.
  19. I'm guessing there are a few on this site who may know... (balth? 68?) They just haven't chimed in yet.
  20. One of my friends just made this exact trade, model years and everything!
  21. Is it wrong that this name now makes me think of boobies?
  22. Nope. Never done it, hopefully never will. I sleep around while single though.
