Went and checked out 40mpg.org. Their savings calculator really doesn't say much for hybrids, when compared to my Cobalt. My real world mileage average (highway with traffic jams and city) is 36 mpg. One highway trip from Hamilton to Toronto (about 80 km, about 300 m downhill) was 46 mpg!!
