  1. I actually like the headlight and "grille", I just wish they weren't rubber.
  2. I'm 22. This is my 4th car. Yeah. :)
  3. I could see it on cars - up the sticker on Japanese cars by $500. Consumer products, however, it definately would NOT work for. Putting tariffs on all that cheaply produced stuff would send the economy reeling on both sides of the ocean.
  4. My friend smashed off his passenger mirror on his Golf in an accident, and hasn't had the money to get it fixed. I don't miss it when I drive the car. The driver mirror, however, I would.
  5. He HAS to be manipulative: look who he is opposing! One of the shadiest and most manipulative forces of all time: the American media and government! I, for one, am a fan. I don't agree with EVERYTHING he says, but I definately support him.
  6. You, sir, are exactly 4 months and 5 minutes younger than me. Wierd. edit: can't do math, I'm a retard.
  7. The new Black Eyed Peas video, My Hump (seriously, that's the name) has some of the most godawful lyrics I've ever been subjected to: Those are some lovely lady lumps you have there dear...   The other thing that is very confusing about this video, is the used of a riced out Sonoma! You know the typical rap video where they rap and dance in front of a car in a white room? Usually it's an Escalade. Apparently the BEP can't afford that. ^_^
  8. I love photos like this, they make me laugh. I remember seeing one of a Silverado on top of a Civic, that one didn't fare so well.
  9. Menopause = no need for condoms. *gag reflex* It... had to be said *throws up*
  10. I saw the Le Mans episode, and I didn't notice that!
  11. I can't believe that Arcade Fire is on there and Matthew Good isn't. They are both awesome Canadian rock bands, but Matt Good is much older and better known. Satty should at least take some comfort in the fact that MARIAH CAREY IS COMPLETELY ABSENT FROM THIS LIST!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
  12. I think what's bothering me is the greenhouse. Change that top line of the window, and all would be good. As far as "ripping off Chevy lights" goes, no. Skylines have had 4 round taillights for a while.
  13. bwahhhhhhhhhhahahahaha.... Every time I hear R Kelly now, I just think of the Dave Chapelle skit... "I'm gonna pee on you!!" - "I drink Crys, you drink piss!"
  14. ocnblu is telling me to go to f**d? man, i haven't been told off like that in a long time... :(
  15. You just wait... they'll find a way to add those Vibe sales to the Corolla.
  16. It is just the knob. It is not unscrewed. You can rotate it as many times as you like in either direction, it doesn't tighten or loosen.
  17. My friend just bought a dark grey 2006 4.0l v6 5-speed Mustang. The shift knob top rotates fairly freely. I was taking it for a little drive, and tried to shift from first to second without fully gripping the shifter - I just sort of put my hand on the top right side like I do in the Cobalt. This should work since you're pulling it down and left to go to 2nd. However, the knob rotated a full 180, and my hand slipped off the shifter. Nothing bad happened from this - I just thought I should relate what is wrong. He said he's taken it in to the dealer to ask about it, and they said it's supposed to rotate, to "accomodate different grip styles". It's not completely loose since it wont come up if you pull, but it will rotate easily. Is this right?
  18. Much less goofy than the current one. I see some Vitara here.
  19. I know the Canadian government definition of "classic" for tax/safety purposes is 25 years or older.
  20. It's how far they went from the heritage that bothers me. Camaro at least stayed somewhat sporty in the 80s. What bothered me about Le Mans was that it went from: to (yes, I know the pic is an Opel Kadett, but they're the same thing)
