  1. Do you know of a release date for the HSV Grange pics?
  2. Better to under-rate them and have it certified with higher hp/tq than the other way around It's good PR
  3. Me too.the_yellow_dart, I know it's much easier said than done, but you must try and keep some emotional detachment, at least until you get her to do a DNA test to know if the baby is yours. For your own sake and weel-being.
  4. A world of wonderful possibilites, isn't it?
  5. Interesting idea!I wonder what Opel minivan Saturn will get... If not the Zafira, then: a) Meriva (corsa-based)? b) A new "Sintra", based off EpII and smaller than the Lambda models?
  6. Irrelevent reply: Metallica, Tool, Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer I like Jewel. And Pink has attitude: she's not a Whiney Spears type of character!
  7. A Blue Devil Corvette. I suspect my Mini One D is a Blue Devil mule that accidentally went to a BMW/Mini dealer. sorry for the lame attempt at humour I'd definitely have an Aston Martin in my dream garage. And probably no SUVs/Crossovers.
  8. I find the quote interesting. Maybe Lambda allows for enough differentiation so the GMC looks more 'van' than 'minivan'.EDIT - It can still be 'Profesisonal Grade': offer panel vans for professional duties...
  9. I do like to ask questions, especially now that I'm on the verge of deciding my Masters thesis' subject. Something related to the Auto Industry is very likely at this point! Most people, inlcuding myself, are a little impatient because they know GM has the potential to build world-class/class-leading product. There's no bad will towards GM: we all just want GM to deliver as soon as possible
  10. 1. I am happy with the news 2. I only asked a question EDIT - 3. I like asking questions
  11. Aha, and again referring to post nr.22 above, namely your "why not do it both" comment, would the LaX slot above this RWD car? EDIT: I searched for the Mark X on the internet. What a cool interior design!
  12. I didn't click the link  so... is there any mention of a diesel V6?
  13. Stunning interior!
  14. I just re-read one of your previous posts: post nr.#22. A midsize RWD Buick for the Chinese market? That would make the FWD car to be moved to a cheaper brand a Chevrolet: GMDAT's Epica?
  15. I'd like the front end to be closer to the concept's design, but that's all. Given GM's record on PR photos the thing will probably look much better in person.
  16. Thank God!
  17. I think your comment is valid when talking Taxes, Social Security, Foreign Policy, and similar issues. I don't think it's valid in consumer decisions, whether they relate to cars, refrigerators, or whatever.
  18. President Bush's comment was and is irrelevant to public perception of American cars improving or not. It simply mirrors what public perception is today, as shown by the declines in market share of US automakers.
  19. The 1.4L Twincharger comes in 140hp DIN and 170hp DIN versions, and it's a brand new engine, so there may be room for substantial uprgrades in hp.
  20. I didn't register to see the pics but I am willing to bet it's the Middle Eastern Chevrolet Lumina.
  21. Aha, I thought the Torana with a different grille would be a car sold in Australia. So... would this car be an... Opel/Vauxhall Omega? I don't see Saab with a RWD car and I really can't think of any other GM brands that would use a RWD car in that segment.
  22. A nice Golf. A terrible Scirocco. EDIT: IMO
  23. Sort of a 'Torana Calais'? What about developing some form of smaller mid-size crossovers/wagons from a shortened Zeta platform?
