  1. Awesome! Didn't Toyota do the same with the first Taurus?
  2. CR is such filth. I don't know why someone would even bother posting their opinions.
  3. This is after the news this morning had analysts predicting GM sales down and Toyota sales up. Dickheads.
  4. What genius let that hood seam get by? Ruins the entire front end of the vehicle. And I'm not a fan of the green mixed with the plasti-luminum on the center console either. The overall design is good, though.
  5. Um, ew. Gimme a true hard-top coupe, please. Thanks.

  7. I LOVE Top Gear. Its entertaining car reviews and comparisons for a change. Unlike Car and Driver TV thats basically like watching the magazine. Jeremy Clarkson is fantastic, I've watched every Top Gear video on Video Google, except for the older ones.
  8. I wish I could afford a G6 GTP...:(
  9. Take a Buick Grand National, gut it. Put a 3.6L V6 in it and bolt on a couple of turbos. Throw in a Hurst shifter and you've got a package deal.
  10. I have a feeling that it, much like the Solara convertible, will be driven by middle-aged women that want to at least FEEL younger than they look.
  11. Nevermind, he didn't even mention the Malibu in particular. Let me postulate and I'll come back to this thread.
  12. See that interior, GM? Thats why you'll never have the #1 selling car in the US. You cannot even build a LUXURY car with an interior that well-designed or high quality.
  13. The absolute best thing that GM could do in the G6 and Malibu is redesign the center stack in both vehicles. Smoothly flowing center stacks with hidden seams or integrated radios would dramatically improve first impressions of quality for both vehicles. Currently, I don't think there is one thing at all wrong with the Malibu and G6 exterior design wise. The 06 Malibu and G6 are more attractive, IMO, than the Accord and Camry.
  14. Check out the Cobalt and Malibu, both on pace to sell over 200,000 this year each!
  15. Government run anything is never the answer to any problem. The US government bungles everything, just look at social security, social welfare, and medicare.
  16. His company is about to tank and the idiot decides to pay himself almost 5 mil a year when he won't even be working, excuse me, running the company into the ground? Wow... Where GM's board of trustees on THAT one? edit cleaned up post
  17. GM: CTS-V Ford: *scratches head* King Ranch F-150 Chrysler: Grand Cherokee SRT-8 Euro: M3 Asian: G35 Coupe
  18. whoops, misread that. thought you were saying you wouldn't be 20 for a few days. still, you're about 10-15 years younger than what I would have guessed.
  19. Red Solstice Coupe with an LS7 and AWD.
  20. no way you're still a teenager!
  21. I really can't say I disagree with any of that.
  22. What gets me about the Ridgeline is not how well its selling, but the fact that if GM built an IDENTICAL vehicle in every way, only it would have a big gold bowtie on the front and rear, it wouldn't sell and I'd all but guarantee that the mags would hate it. But, it has a big chrome H on it, so its "THE BESTEST TRUCK INNOVASHUN EVAR!"
  23. I think a problem is that SOME people don't seem to realize that there's a HELLUVA lot of life experience to be gained in college. I learned a lot about myself and other people. I debated on many occasions with a friend who was WAY more intelligent than myself and it not only taught me a lot of myself, but taught me how to listen, how to consider each and every point, and how to argue my side better. I started to win arguments with him every now and then just because I argued my side better. Don't dismiss someones comments due to their age, or lack thereof, either. Some people experience more things in 20 years than others do in 40. I may not act mature 90% of the time, but I understand more about whats going on than people give me credit for.
  24. Well, I see no reason to keep it from anyone. If you're so petty that you can't get past my age then I don't care what you think anyway.
