  1. Amazon Music. It's a subscription service like Apple Music or Spotify, but it comes with your Prime account.
  2. The amazon app on both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay has been miserable lately.... crashes a lot and hard to navigate.
  3. Such a good looking vehicle.
  4. Make no mistake, VW did what they did because they were cheap. They didn't want to spend the money on Urea systems for their diesels. The diesel would have been just as efficient, but it would have been cleaner. It was all about the money for them.
  5. Infiniti today released a teaser image of its upcoming QX55 crossover coupe. The QX55 is largely expected to be based on the Infiniti QX50, meaning a front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive based crossover sporting a variable compression 2.0 liter turbocharged engine and a CVT. The VC Turbo produces 268 horsepower and 280 lb.-ft of torque. The base QX50 starts at $37,250, so expect a QX55 to be slightly more money. Infiniti will launch the car in 2020, but they say more details will come before then. View full article

  7. LOL, they also programmed it to cheat on tests.
  8. You know what's strange, I only just figured out that the infotainment system is touchscreen.... that is, it's touch screen for everything except Android Auto. AA must be controlled with the rotary knob only which is very frustrating. Apple CarPlay isn't much better because the touch screen is laggy to respond.
  9. Mostly city driving the computer says I'm getting 24 mpg.
  10. Updated with Mercedes and Genesis I usually just pick whoever sends me a press release with a photo first.

  14. They spend a billion on that platform, they're not going to just throw it away when Georgio, and the LX, and the Maseratis are the only RWD car platforms in all of PSA and FCA combined. I think they'll spread Georgio around as much as they can to recup their costs on it.
  15. ROCKLEIGH, N.J. (Nov 1, 2019) - Volvo Car USA LLC, (VCUSA) reported U.S. sales of 8,807 vehicles for the month of October, an increase of 20.2 percent from the same period last year. Year-to-date VCUSA has sold 86,239 vehicles, an increase of 6.1 percent from the previous year. “Our lineup continues to impress American buyers. Volvo Cars has posted a sales gain in twenty of the last twenty-one months.” said Anders Gustafsson, President and CEO, Volvo Car USA & Senior Vice President Americas. The XC90 was the most popular car in October selling 2,720 cars, up 18.2 percent versus October 2018. The XC60 followed with 2,285 cars and the S60 with 2,193 vehicles sold.

  18. Alfa Romeo still has some crossover rollouts coming, however a recent peak at the quarterly earning statement gave a clue as to what else is happening at the brand, and the truth is, it isn't much. During the earnings call this week, CEO Mike Manley said that Alfa's "future product lineup has been significantly scaled back with a corresponding reduction in capital spend." Alfa currently has two products on the market in North America, the Giulia sedan and Stelvio crossover. Those will both be getting a refresh for the 2021 model year. That same year, a new C-segment crossover will make an appearance. This model, previewed by the Tonale concept car, will ride on the same platform as the Fiat 500x and Jeep Renegade. It should eventually be offered as a plug-in hybrid as well. After that, a B-segment crossover should appear as well. Once the crossovers are on the road though, there isn't much left. The expected return of the GTV and 8C Competizione don't appear anywhere in the plans. View full article

  22. Keep in mind that none of Peugeot's, Citroen's, and Opel's current models, except for the Regal, are legal for sale in the US. They can't just rebadge them and sell them here. They don't meet US regs. PSA will have a bunch of work to do on their next refreshes to get them legal enough to rebadge for the states. I would expect that FCA's current plans for the next 2 - 3 years will remain completely unchanged with the possible exception that Fiat brand possibly exits North America. That means, the next Charger would still be on Guilia platform.
