I liked the show overall. The number of ill behaved little kids annoyed me <shakes cane>, but I got my revenge.
I was sitting in the new Escalade and there was this rotten little brat climbing all over the inside. He was pushing, pulling, twisting every button he could find to see what he could break. He climbed into one of the second row captian's chairs and I saw my chance. I quickly hit the "flip and fold" button for that seat. His mother saw it happen but though he did it. Pulled him out of the car and gave him a good walloping. I was in a good mood for the rest of the day.
I chatted with the Ferrari ladies for a little while. I had my Ferarri laptop with me and showed it to them. They acted like it was the coolest thing they'd seen all day.... admitedly they looked pretty bored before I walked up.
I had 3 people ask if I worked for Ferarri during my stops to use the laptop. 1 of them offered to buy the laptop on the spot.
The people at the Volvo display wore those creapy 70s teal blue suits with white shoes. They were nice and knowlageable. We spent a good amount of time going over the XC90. Chas's parents are considering one.
Again there was a woman narrating a Chrysler vehicle as if she was a porn star. This time it was the Crossfire <NYIAS 2004, it was the Magnum>. If I notice it at NYIAS this year, I'll be sure Chrysler does it on purpose.
The Renessance center is very nice, but it's easy to get lost in. You almost need a NAV system to get around.
