  1. 1.
  2. look a the front of the engine, there is oil all down the front. it's leaking onto the exhaust manifold. Have you seen this car running? Make sure you see it running after it's had plenty of time to warm up, I bet the oil smokes up. *should* be a fairly easy fix
  3. Needs a valve cover gasket job STAT.
  4. planning an attack on Normandy?
  5. 1 lbs 80/20 beef 1 tablespoon ketchup 1/2 tablespoon worchester sauce 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup finely chopped bread crumbs, italian style add zest pepper as desired form into a patty, grill to taste
  6. I get 28mpg in a 5speed CTS.
  7. new EPA ratings. It's competition will likely fall from grace also.
  8. 1953 Kaiser Manhatten
  9. Cab forward was so 3 years ago.....
  10. ok.... so... why buy a Buick now?
  11. yes... why not. how about they also include the 3.6VVT in there too without charging more, add magnetic ride control, 18 inch wheels, remote start, keyless start, blue tooth, NAV, leather, heated seats, heated steering wheel, heated washer fluid. all in the base price of $18k.... because Toyota doesn't give you a 5-speed on the base Camry and a 6-speed on the higher model. people always want all the goods, but never want more than a $300 a month finance payment with nothing but their trade as down payment. further more, people won't pay Camry money for a non-Camry regardless of the transmission.
  12. Dude, sometimes cars fail. Lemon law the thing and get a new one. It happens to every manufacturer. No need to make a video about it. get a life
  13. If it's just a VE, why would they even need a powertrain mule?
  14. With this and the Aura.... it's getting a lot harder to justify the money for a CTS. The Caddy better be a knock out!
  15. higher res and park them closer together...
  16. This is important: So if you want the 4cylinder and 6-speed, you can have it, just have to pay a lil more for it.... which is fair.
  17. You guys are jerking off over this interior?!? It's a poor rip off of an Equinox!
  18. If it only gets 12mpg... then, yeah, ghey
  19. I'm going to point out that you might just have an issue with BMW's system. Honda came up with a camless, valveless "valve train" that looks astounding. Instead of the traditional valves and camshaft, Honda placed a single ceramic tube above each cylinder bank. Through this tube was carved holes. As the tube rotated the hold would line up with the intake hole or exhaust hole in the top of the cylinder. The result was the complete elimination of all reciprocating mass from the valve train. This made the engine capable extremely high RPM <a Honda favorite>. The downside was that eliminated the possibility of using VVT, another Honda favorite. I believe in the end, emissions issues killed the project for production car use, but Honda is/has still pursued this technology in racing.
  20. Apparently most of this MCE is going to be on the interior. I hope they move the stupid cruise control location. It's exactly where you'd expect the tilt wheel control to be and it's not easy or intuitive to use at all.
  21. For me it's not the engine technology but the interior bits that are annoying. iDrive, NAV, Bluetooth, etc.
  22. Caddy is a global wannabe. I wouldn't judge Europe's reaction to the BTS as an indicator of it's reaction to Cadillac as a whole. It was up against the 9-3, 3-series, C-class, A4, Passat, yet it didn't even have a diesel option.
  23. He did post this as a question. He asked the question if anyone else has noticed Camries being fleeted. The point here is that GM admits that it fleets it's cars. Impala won Fleet COTY award twice in a row. We know this. We accept this. Toyota on the other hand has been treating the new Camry as the second coming of Christ. With the Camry you get a police escort and a marching band procession with Richardo Montalban carrying the Motor Trend COTY trophy and telling you what a wise purchase you've made while you walk to your car. It's PR hype. But if the car gets this much hype, why is it being fleeted.....apparently extensively?
