  1. Back in 1953 I woulda probably said yes. I'm just not a fan of that look in 2008, though obviously there are people who are. I still wish they would have gone for the 1999 Charger concept look, even 10 years after the concept came out...? *shrugs*
  2. Haha Noooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that's the Chronos or something, I'm not a big fan myself.... It's kinda an old school expensive look it seems they were going for? I think they made another concept car similar to that too, but I can't remember what it was called for the life of me, and NOT the big Imperial thing..... :AH-HA_wink:
  3. "Rare"? Am I missing something? The Ebay ad clearly states the car was a two door then cut up "for Oldsmobile" at an outside facility. As far as a "factory" car- it should be considered a 2 door hardtop that has been cut up and turned into a convertible by others.....
  4. +2 The original Hummer was a cool vehicle. The H2 and H3 are NOT in my opinion, and the faster the Hummer brand is sold the better off GM will be. A win-win for sure.
  5. I still like the 1999 Charger concept car. It was a looker....
  6. Back to being a childish loser again Satty? It looks good on ya! Carry on.....
  7. CMG

    New Challenger.......

LOL So long as that list doesn't continue... "A 4x4, a speed boat.... a motorhome......" :AH-HA_wink: And here I was thinking convertibles were coming out next year! LOL
  8. The funny thing is if they built it, it would probably sell!
  9. Here's a pic of TWO new Challengers. The one in the photo, and you can see another one just behind it in the same photo.... looks like somebody doesn't mind buying new Challengers and making a few small mods.... LOL Big pic of Challengers
  10. LOL Looks like an import. Looks more like an import than alot of imports.
  11. His sarcastic reply to a comedic post? C'mon Ven, can't you try to pick on somebody else...? :AH-HA_wink: Here. This was my direct reply to your question Ven, you musta missed it.... Your attempt at a "backhanded slap" question.... My extremely articulate and thoughtful answer....
  12. LOL My buddy drove his Viper ACR all the time, to dinner, whatever. Pretty drivable to him. (He never used his cupholder though....)
  13. Now watch Ven...... :AH-HA_wink: Hey Northstar, are you saying a STOCK VIPER ACR is NOT DAILY DRIVABLE? I'm suggesting I disagree! LOL *IF* the Corvette had the Viper ACR wing you think it would go faster? Well WHY DOESN'T CHEVROLET HAVE A BIG WING AS AN OPTION? You think GM is dumb? You think the Corvette ZR1 runs a set of Firestone 500s and the Viper has slicks or something? Why excuses and anger are rampant here baffles me.
  14. Nope, just replying to the SILLY posts. As usual. ALL domestic gas guzzling cars and trucks are "in jeopardy". It's only logical. Chrysler has let interested parties TALK TO THEM about the possibility of letting them sublet the Viper's manufacture, and all the sudden on C&G the "Viper will be made in China", etc etc etc. Kinda laughable, but entertaining all the same.... :AH-HA_wink: But just for you Ven- I love the Viper, but will probably never own one, I have always thought the Corvette was the better "bang for the buck" and always liked the PERSONALITY of the Viper hands down. And I STILL don't like the Compass. LOL
  15. You mean it will beat the Corvette by MORE than 4 seconds around the 'ring soon? LOL
  16. I like the wheels! A little taste of nostalgia..
  17. Let's get back to your new sig!!!!!!! I had a 1960 Imperial, I'm gonna have to dig out pictures! I found it in 1994, the car had sat since 1967. It was a loaded car with RADIO DELETE! It was bought to chauffer people around the lower mainland in 1959, and the company (Imperial bank) didn't want the driver to turn on the radio. Strange, but true! OK, NOW get back to the Challenger..... LOL
  18. Supposedly there is now a Dodge Ram R/T version as well... Here's the new reg cab.
  19. And I can't believe it never turned out like THIS, as was posted on some other forums....
  20. I like what I have seen and read so far, but I haven't seen one in person so.... I do have to say the regular cab NEW Dodge makes the regular cab OLD Dodge look bad. I thought the last regular cab looked "wrong" for a better word, the top rear of the cab looked too bulky. (I'm a crew cab guy anyways, but that's aside from the matter...) The new regular cab actually looks decent! When you see one side by side with a regular cab 2002-2008 Dodge Ram you will know what I mean....
  21. I think the Aspen has cleaner lines than the Durango to be honest. I think it's good that the big SUVs are becoming available from both Chrysler and GM, because people don't seem to be giving up on their big huge SUVs themselves.... Some people drive the big vehicles (bigger than they even NEED) and don't care about paying more for fuel, it's a surcharge of sorts to them for the ability to drive something large.
  22. Hahaha My friends were MAD when I was trying to buy it, so I never did! A guy I know paid $8500 for the car and then when many years passed he wanted to sell it minus the engine and transmission. It's an old Chrysler 4 door sedan that was shortened, the front end was dropped and slant sectioned, and the roof was moved rearward over the trunk area. It had a chopped wrap around bumper with eight rectangular headlights! LOL I wanted to wear "pimp" clothing and go street racing in it, my buddies actually got MAD at me! LOL
  23. What about running the stripes a little farther forward, so they go right to the top of the grill? Then the grill(s) would sort of look like a continuation of the stripe....?
  24. Hahaha!!!!!!! First thing I thought was "I want it" too! LOL
  25. Here, somebody tell me we liked normal cars when we were younger..... LOL
