Yeah, looks like another week of snow ahead here, but temps in the 30s-40s. Was down to 7F last night, but I think the really cold is over here...looking forward to March.

Sunny and 25 out... supposed to get to 36 tomorrow, then more snow Mon-Tues. Giant icicles hanging off the gutters, and even on one of the trees....tracks of the deer, the dogs and other critters that have been in the back yard over the last week of snow storms. Looking forward to March..

I do hang up some items to dry in my laundry room, because if I put them in the dryer they may shrink.

hmmm....old time clothesline? Or the cable for a squirrel gondola?

Not sure if it's the Rogue Sport or the Rogue, but isn't the new Outlander sharing the platform and engine w/ one of Nissans CUVs? The

Pyromania and Hysteria, I've loved both of those albums since the 80s..

'69-70 yes, I think the '67-68 M/C had less space between the shock towers...for the Boss 429 they moved the shock towers out.

Nah, maybe a Coyote conversion...if it would fit.

it's a got a transverse 4 cyl w/ CVT...about as fecal and mediocre as imaginable..it's just another generic appliance, nothing of significance...and in the US, Nissan has fallen down to the bottom of the market, along w/ Mitsubishi...

Just another forgettable appliance.

'67 Cougar in Lime Frost (very similar to the one my Dad bought new, same color), '68 Cougar in Glacier Blue (very similar to my Moms, same color), and a '68 Cougar XR-7 in Royal Maroon w/ white top (very similar to my brothers', except he's gaudied his up w/ Pep Boys crap). I love the styling of the original Cougars.

Here are some sweet green '69 Cougar convertible pics...love these also. I'm more familiar w/ the '67-68 Cougar coupes (my folks had two, my brother has one)...but the '69-70s are quite nice also. Though I never understood why Mercury put a Buick-like crease on the sides for '69-70.

Alternative Fuels & Propulsion RANDOM
Robert Hall replied to G. David Felt's topic in Electric Vehicles and Alternative Fuels
Energy/power generation is one sector I don't have experience in, but it sounds like lots of complexity, terminology and technology. The closest I've been was building the public portal for CLECO (Central Louisiana Electric Company) a few years ago... -
Saw an unrestored dark green '68 Shelby GT500 KR convertible at a car show in eastern Ohio as a kid in the early 80s, left an impression on me...love dark green performance convertibles..

How about a Yorkie with an SN95 Mustang, and 3 pics of a Black Jade '69 Mustang Boss 429...love that color...

^ love those wooden boats and the Mark III....would love to have an old Chris Craft to take out to the islands in the summer.

It looks like one of these ('70 Fairlane/Torino), but from a bizzaro universe..the windshield shape is way off, and the front fenders and grille are not correct.. maybe Photoshop tweaking...
-
I dig the Iso Grifo and the Jags...what the heck is that car in the first pic w/ the dog? Looks sort of like a '70-71 Torino, but not quite...weirdly shaped windshield opening and custom grill?

Was 5F and sunny when I got up this morning...coldest night since the Polar Vortex 2 years ago. Power stayed on and furnace didn't crap out, so warm and happy...
-
A '61 Plymouth would have been good for 'Christine'...the front looked like some angry insectoid alien, much more evil looking than the '58 IMO...
