I also saw one a few days ago... the front end is ok, the side is bland, but the back end with that "bubble butt" is odd.
  2. The MARK McGuire... Lincoln's answer to the H2!
  3. They always look good in red. I was hoping to see one when I went for a test drive, but all they had was black, grey or tan.
  4. Was that the subaru's bumper flying off? You guys should have wrapped the tow strap around the rear end
  5. Any pics of the optional granite dash inserts?
  6. The ear buds are under warranty (1 year?). The same happened to mine (allthough I never cranked up the volume), so I took them to an Apple store and they gave me a new set.
  7. The Hummer one was pretty good. We all sat there wondering what it was, then laughed (in a good way) at the end when the H3 is revealed as the "little monster"
  8. Escalade commercial was awesome, and they gave it some good airtime during the post-game presentation. I also noticed the Avalanche in the E85 commercial

I could have sworn he had no idea what he was looking at.

    LT4!

UNBELIEVABLE! I love the F-bodies with the LT4's, and it would would be a tough decision whether or not to spend my 5th gen. savings if an SS LT4 in that condition came along.

It's a Buick. You usually see Grand Nationals (GN's). The GN's are RWD, have 3.8L turbocharged V6's and haul ass. The GNX is an even faster version of the GN.

Lots of '07 Tahoes on the lot. Test drove a black on black LT (briefly commented on it in the Chevy Trucks section). AWESOME!
  13. I just test drove an '07 LT. Compared to our '02 LT w/ Autoride, the new one is... Smooth, refined, solid, quiet... the list goes on. It felt really good/solid/smooth driving over ruts and bumps, up and down driveways etc. The black interior is sweet, but it does give a sense of a smaller cabin compared to the tan in our Tahoe. The dash layout is good, the rear view camera is neat. I didn't go knocking on the plastic etc. because I don't care, but everything looks good (dash, gauges, buttons, knobs). The seating surfaces look like they are higher quality. The engine/powertrain doesn't feel weak, it is more refined and smooth. The acceleration is there, but the shifts aren't as hard. The dealership I went to has had an average of 25 Tahoes on the lot at all times, and word is they are selling very well. I did peak into an LS with cloth and full bench in the front row. It even looked good, and I even prefer the all "aluminum" trim to the "wood." The only thing that set it apart from the LT's were the different wheels (still 17"), the black door handles and of course the badge.
  14. Not even if they were to ditch the GTO and bring back the Firebird/Trans Am in its place? That's the only way I would think this has any truth to it.
  15. Happy B-day guys
  16. SWEEET! I finally made enough posts to become "Camaro Member #1" :AH-HA_wink:
  17. Interesting info. Here are a few interesting things I learned... I am older then toyota (from the date it started production in the US) GM has over 3 times the number of RETIRED workforce compared to active workforce, where toyota's is about 30 times LESS Average hourly wage for NON-SKILLED, assembly line worker: GM ($31.35/hour), toyota ($27/hour). Besides toyota paying their people a little less, what really shocked me is how MUCH a "non-skilled" worker gets paid!

I drove up to LA today, and on the way I saw... 2 black GTO's and 2 Camaro SS's, a white one and mine
  19. Cool, I really dig the "cars set-up in an open field" thing. Very nice cars in a very nice setting
  20. You know what... If properly placed, I might actually leave my GM badges on.
  21. I hate "hella"
  22. I've never had a non-GM daily driver in the 10 years I've been driving. whoah! I just realized this year will be my 10 year driving (with a license) anniversary LOL
  23. My family has owned or leased the following... Camaros: tan '84 ?, metallic blue '87 IROC, white '96 Z28, black '98 Z28, silver '00 SS Nova: light metallic blue '77 Impala: dark metallic blue '01
  24. My aunt and uncle own the cabin, and they let me use it for our yearly winter trip to Tahoe. You are lucky being so close, I wish I could go more often!
  25. Would this also speed up the process to bring it to market?
