  1. I tried this a while ago... I entered two So. Cal. zip codes, one for Whittier (close to LA) and one for San Diego, and neither is eligible!
  2. Well... I learned Armenian first (because I am), then Spanish (because I was born in Mexico) and finally English (because I moved to the US) by the age of 5. Living in the US forced me to primarily speak English, so I'm always slow to get into the mindset anytime I start speeking Armenian or Spanish (I'm even slow to speak Spanish until I get back into the mindset). Anyway... Learning the languages so early basically negated any issues I have with accents, though others have told me I have a very slight "mutt" accent. But back in my Armenian HS, I often found myself mixing up the Spanish and Armenian. So yeah... it sucks, and I think it finally went away, but it could be because I speak less Armenian since graduating HS.
  3. I'll second Dodgfan's vote, and say HHR!
  4. (Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth, Metallica, Kill 'Em All
  5. SWEET!!! So, it's not just "must get 18-inch wheels and tires if you want the 6M."
  6. Yeah... I noticed that while reading through it for the 3rd time... It ends up to be around $1,700 to ditch the automatic for a manual (and pick-up the required wheel/tire package), assuming you don't for one of those other luxury packages...
  7. I didn't even notice that at first glance... That's BS! EDIT... what it actually means is that the DI comes STANDARD with the automatic, and the manual is an option that actually reduces the cost! So... COOL!!!
  8. I'm not mom, but I choose Jif. What's wrong with it? I prefer it to Skippy... Is Peter Pan sooo much better, what have I been missing? I just might have to find out for myself, if I ever get the chance!
  9. Aren't they all...
  10. I agree... Don't know if they chose them for the reasons we would like (cuz it's American etc.), or if they just went on price, but I'de say that's the first time I ever felt good looking at so many fleet cars.
  11. Hey... they are on the concept :AH-HA_wink:
  12. 1980 ... "Coming Up (Live at Glasgow)" by Paul McCartney
  13. I also have this model... picked it up at Target a few months ago and it's still in the box! I was very tempted to buy the white one w/ hugger orange stripes, but the "pimped" look killed it for me!
  14. I can understand if it's says SS but doesn't perform... But much like the Cobalt SS (s/c), I think this will have the performance to back up the SS name.
  15. Damn it!!! I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner!!!
  16. Just find one with less options! Our Enclave CXL has the 19" chrome wheels, power sunroof & skylight, CD changer, Bose audio, remote start, ultrasonic rear park assist and a few other things... it stickered for less than $38k!
  17. DAMN! I once broke (angulated and impacted) both my arms, right above the wrists, at the same time. But, even this looks more painful. Hope your recovery goes well! Get lots of sleep... not like you have a choice once the pain-killers kick in :AH-HA_wink:
  18. I caught a commercial for this Corvette dollar coin (link) a couple nights ago. It actually looks pretty cool.
  19. Mercedes has a station wagon. BMW had (do they still) one too. I don't see a problem with it.
  20. Wasn't there a recent post that said it DID have Bluetooth? Ahhhh... I see... (here)
  21. Have you guys noticed that they show a yellow Cobalt, but crush a yellow Malibu Classic...
  22. In case I didn't make it clear in my first post... I still like CTS-Drew

    iPhone

Funny... considering I have more problems with Windows machines, then with those running OSX.

    iPhone

You guys just don't get it... Did you even watch the vidoes on the Apple website? The kid in me wants it sooooo bad, but the adult in me knows it's expensive! Though the phone plans aren't too bad. They start around $60 for 450 rollover minutes, and have UNLIMITED e-mail/web usage! And to be honest, I've never used either the iPhone or a Blackberry type phone (in regards to the keyboard). But, I think the combinaiton of soft keys and the software behind them makes the iPhone waaayyyy better then a mini-keyboard.
