  1. I picked the Nomad because you do have to be pretty creative to improve upon it, as it is already very good. I'm guessing we'll see a few convertibles, though that's not what I'm doing.
  2. That is definetly a good sign for GM. If GM can attract young customers with their new products, then they have a great shot at growing market share later on (as the young buyers get older and buy more GM products).
  3. The Solstice should have as much luggage space as the Miata, seeing as how it is a bit bigger than the Miata. I don't think it does have as much luggage space because my Uncle's '92 Miata can easily fit a golf bag, and the only golf bags I've seen put into a Solstice was a tiny bag WITHOUT clubs. BTW, I heard C&D picked the Solstice over the Miata in a comparo in the Oct. issue (haven't gotten it yet so I don't know for sure, but that's what someone posted on another forum).
  4. Interesting, so it's the first Sub-Theta we've seen, meaning it's smaller than the VUE and Equinox. I'm glad it's not the Envoy or Lambda, because they need to apeal more to big families and soccer moms than a sub-Theta would, and I'm not too sure the vehicle pictured would go over well with soccer moms, but might go over better with younger people.

  8. Well yesterday I went to a little fair type thing where I live and they have a bunch of old cars there... unfotunately I got there too late I guess and there was only one left. I think they must have taken them home for the night or something and I might go back today to see if they're back. Anyways, here's the two pics I took of this car. Tell me what year, make, and model it is.

  10. 0-60 in 10 seconds? I think they weren't driving correctly or something. Autoweek had a VERY positive review on it, and if I remember correctly said the ride was more firm than the Miata but didn't ever feel harsh. I think I'd listen to an Autoweek review more than a Toronto star review.
  11. Yeah, the cars don't have to be just GM cars. Hell, you could even do a comparo thing like HHR vs. PT vs. Element vs. xB or something (or some other comparo). I think this is a good idea; maybe it could just go into the Member's Articles section?

  16. I think this is the GMC Lambda most likely. I don't think I really like it, but perhaps it will look better in person.
  17. First, let me say that we had a very successful competition I feel, and there are a lot of very good entries. Also, if you entered the competition, you MUST vote, or you will be penalized (points subtracted). Artists should also not vote for themselves; if they do, they will also be penalized.   23. Crispey stepped down on the old board I believe because of lack of time for the site, I haven't seen Scott back, Walt hasn't been back, and I'm not sure what happened with budman and chris.
  24. If it's not too retro (or looks awesome if it is) then I'd consider buying one. I don't want a Mustang knock-off and I don't want it as retro as the Mustang. If the interior is crap like the Mustang's then I probably won't buy it either.
