  1. It looks excellent, espcially in the real-life pictures I'm going to add in a little while.
  2. The interior looks better, though I still fear it might not look so good without NAV. I think the exterior is the sport, so maybe they don't all get the V-Series looking lower area.
  3. The crank problem could be the battery. At work when we check in new cars we have to make sure that they start right up because if they don't we charge the battery (and the transport company pays us to do it, lol). Sometimes the radio in the Malibus take a while to start playing music at work too, are you ever under a roof when this happens? I don't have any idea what's wrong with the temp.
  4. Well, if they forgot something then we can influence them for the coupe and any changes they make for the '09 or '10 model year.
  5. The first one is a photoshop of the Tundra, and the second one is disgusting. Neither are pretty, but the first one isn't as bad. Needless to say, the Tahoe owns it if it looks like either.
  6. That's an interesting comment... if the 335i is $50k loaded, what does that make the M3, $65k? The CTS-V will destroy it if that's the case.
  7. Performance trucks are dumb if they cost as much as a Corvette, which is why the SRT10 Ram was pointless. GM needs to bring out a Silverado SS in single cab, short box style with a 6-speed manual and about 420+HP, and sell if for $28k. We don't need an extended cab SS with all the bells and whistles for $45k, because most people would just buy a Corvette instead.
  8. Too bad the Canadian market is so small compared to the US, as a 4.6% gain amounts to a whopping 2000 vehicles (exactly). In the US that'd be like 20k vehicles. To what, 95 sales?
  9. If it's something that's actually worth repairing then I'd rather see the people repair the car, but if it's some junker like say a 95 Cavalier with 300k miles that's a total POS then I'm all for it.
  10. Can you not see the five that were already in there, XP?
  11. The STS ads suck too. The only creative one was "ballroom dancing" and it wasn't even that good.
  12. Sharkskin is a nice color too. I think the graphyte rims really only compliment the red. Everything else is either too similar (silver, sharkskin) or too drak (blue, black), except for white which definetly looks better with chrome. Couldn't you have them find one for you or go to a different dealership? You might not get as good of a deal if they just found one for you though.
  13. I don't know what colors she likes, but the graphyte wheels looked really good on the red one at work.
  14. Even though I work at a Chevy-Cadillac dealership, some people ask the owner to buy different brands from another dealership for them. On Friday someone wanted a Lucerne, so the owner called up a Buick dealership and bought one for the customer, and I helped clean it up. It was a red CXL V6 and looked great.
  15. The ULS is a 2010 model, I believe.
  16. Saab already has an affordable (relatively) convertible: 9-3, and it sells like crap. Cadillac needs a roadster of this size and price much more than Saab.
  17. Both the LaCrosse and Lucerne are far superior to the vehicles they replaced, and the Regal was just a fancy Century anyways. The PA barely sold anything at the end of its life. Bonneville didn't sell that well anyways, and a new one would just compete against the Lucerne. Grand Prix is still around. It could happen, but it won't. If he had a clue he'd realize Toyota doesn't want any of GM's problems. If GM does go belly up, it just means more sales for Toyota anyways.
  18. Italy. I still can't believe Brazil lost though, they were freaking stacked! I usually don't watch soccer but it's been better this year.
  19. The huge wheels on the silver one are dumb, but the red one looks sweet!
  20. Well, at work we'd spray them either white wall cleaner or acid. You can spray the tires with acid but I'm not sure about the paint... if the bumper is chrome then you can spray that with acid, and you can spray the wheels with acid too. If it's on plastic I'd just use white wall and let it sit on there for a minute or so and then scrub it off with a wash mit or whatever. If you have a power washer this also helps. I'm not sure where we get the acid from, but I'm sure you'd be able to get it somewhere. It's kind of a red-orange color and we just put it in spray bottles and spray it on. It works great on wheels, tires, and chrome bumpers and also works great if you have acid rain stains on your windows (glass cleaner won't take it off). Simply spray it on the windows, wipe it off, then spray on glass cleaner and wipe it off, and the stains will be gone.
  21. empowah made a comment about Chevyguy2001's spotless interior, and that reminded me of how I have to make sure the used cars' interiors are basically spotless too, and I thought some people might like to know how to remove scuff marks. If you have scuff marks from hitting the door with your feet (or from anything anywhere) and it won't come off with normal soap and water, simply take a rag, apply a little bit of paint thinner to a small part of it, and rub on the scuff mark. It should come off after just a little bit of rubbing. When you are rubbing, make sure you don't rub too hard or for a very long amount of time or it may take the paint off the door panel or area you are removing the scuff marks. I may do a pictoral tomorrow when I clean out the GTO's interior, but I think it's pretty sell-explanitory. And there's your lesson for the day, kids
  22. Nice pics, I like the painted brake calipers.
  23. Nice pics and nice car! When I do used cars (mostly 4 or less years old) at work I have to make the interior spotless too, and it takes forever.
  24. Congrats! For some reason we can't sell many Colorados where I work; I think it's because they order them with too much useless stuff and it puts the price really close to the Silverado.
  25. Please vote in this thread that we will be sending to GM! Link
