That looks cool. I'm guessing maybe it's a big sunroof.

The graphics on 360 were amazing, at least on Call of Duty and PGR3 when I played them. It was so detailed it was rediculous. The cars looked even more real than in PGR2, and the level of difference in Call of Duty for 360 vs. Xbox was astounding. Xbox had decent graphics, but 360 blew me away... you could see the wrinkles on the guy's hand and the wood on the guy looked about as real as I can possibly imagine in a video game. Maybe the other games aren't that great, but Call of Duty certianly was amazing.

The article said 12,000. Does ordered mean that a customer ordered the car, or the dealer? If 12,000 orders were placed by customers, that's pretty impressive, but I don't know how impressive it is if 12,000 orders were placed by dealers, though I doubt there are that many Lexus dealers in Japan, so it's still probably pretty good.

I don't know, Saleens have always been Mustangs and Fords to me. I'd rather see something done with Ligenfelter.

An LS7 Silverado would be way too expensive, unless Chevy wants it to be really expensive. I wouldn't bet against a supercharged 6.2L showing up in a Silvy SS at some point though.

I wouldn't say Sema is pointless. Lot's of the concepts have design cues or features on them that the public reacts well to and then we see them in production vehicles later on.
-
It's Sema. That said, I don't much care for the result.

I played golf for three years in high school. It does get boring after a while, at least for me, but I enjoy it most of the time. I don't think all of the people that play are clones of each other. Maybe the really good ones (I was better than average but not great) are somewhat similar, but their are lots of different personalities from what I gathered. Some people care, some people don't, and some people get pissed off if they make a double bogey. Lots of business deals are made on the golf course, so it's certainly not a bad thing to do.

A decent review. The radio looks terrible.

Entry Level: GM Product Guru Hints at New Cadillac

Those rumors were dismissed a while ago. I think they got RWD from rear-biased AWD. -
Entry Level: GM Product Guru Hints at New Cadillac

I really don't have much clue right now, except that I don't think they're both new platforms. Why would we need Alpha, Omega, and Zeta? Do we really need something between a 3er sized car and the Camaro? Plus, GM doesn't have that type of money right now. They are going or did have a tough time getting one RWD platform under Zeta approved, I doubt they'd get two. Also, the Catera was longer than the CTS, so that's not it either. EDIT: 97regalGS's seems plausible, except the is timing obviously, and I don't think we're getting a Sixteen, more like an S-Class fighter that looks like the Sixteen. -
Well, Ted chopped it onto an Avalanche I think, but I don't remember if he did a Yukon as well or not. You could do a search of his posts for it.

If this comes instead of the EP II BLS, I think it's a good move, as long as the platform can house more than an I4. Edmunds keeps calling it the BLX? What the hell? -
Wow, the front looks great now.

At one point we had two Toronados in the garage. My dad had a blue '89 and my mom a gray '86. I'm kind of surprised I still remember both of them sitting next to each other so well because we got rid of the '86 in '92, so I wouldn't have been more than 4 years old when we still had both of them.

Link TOKYO (AP) - Nissan Motor Co. has begun recalling more than 130,000 vehicles globally -- including 80,000 in North America -- because of an ignition key defect, a company official said Thursday. There have been no reports of injuries related to the defect, the Transport Ministry said. Nissan is recalling in Japan of 50,962 X-Trail and Murano sport utility vehicles produced from August 2004 to July 2006, Nissan spokeswoman Madoka Soma said. Overseas, the Tokyo-based manufacturer is recalling about 70,000 Muranos in North America, 300 in Taiwan and 800 in Singapore, she said. No X-Trails have been sold overseas. Also being recalled for the same defect are 10,000 Maxima sedans in North America, Nissan said. Some of the rods connecting the ignition part with parts that start the engine are too long, so the cars sometimes don't start properly, Nissan said. Occasionally, the engines start even when the ignition is turned off and the driver moves the steering wheel, it said. The recalls involve only models using Nissan's "intelligent keys" with integrated circuit chips inside, which allows drivers to open their car doors with their keys still inside their pockets by just pressing on the handle. Drivers don't need to insert the intelligent key to get the car to start, and can keep the key anywhere nearby. The defect involved in Thursday's recall is not related to the integrated circuit chip features but to the regular ignition part of the key. Nissan shares fell 21 yen, or 1.54 percent, to 1,346 yen on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

GMX386 ('08 Malibu) came to market with the same powertrain lineup as say, the Aura. Would you be pissed if the 6-speed only came with the 3.6 in the Aura and anything less came with a 4-speed?
-
That's an interesting point, big_blue. I bet when the Torrent gets the 3.6/6-speed it gets better mileage, even though it will have 90 more HP than the base model The MKX starts at $35k and unless the Enclave is going to have less standard equipment than it (which I doubt), then I'm guessing it will start around that same price. It's better in every way, so I think the MKX is basically dead before it even gets out there.

I'd probably have it be to know everything I will need to know in order get graduate and maybe get a Master's so I can get a job at GM. Money wouldn't be a bad option, but I think I can live comfortably with a good salary and I'd rather go to work everyday and do something than not.

I was trying to figure that out too...

Cool. I am wondering what the GN comment means. Maybe he was just referring to a Buick, and not really a GN, though that is interesting. How many questions did he take?
