  1. No, most of the ones left are autos. The dealers are giving pretty good deals on autos, not as good on manuals. The best deal I've seen is $25.5k + TTL on a manual, and that dealer only had 1 more manual left and the rest autos, so you might be able to do even better on the autos. Most of the people on LS1GTO.com are getting around $28k + TTL, only a few have gotten below that. I'd wait until January and see if the incentives go up.
  2. Wait, this actually has a battery pack? I thought it was just going to be a BAS?
  3. The exterior is color is really weird, look at a real-life pic from the auto show: The interior plastics look very nicely grained and substantial, good job Saturn. I'm not sold on the front but the rest of the exterior looks ok. The rear looks somewhat foreign but not as much as the Antara because of the painted bumpers. However, looking a little foreign is not necessarily a bad thing, since foreign buyers are Saturn's target audience.
  4. I don't think it looks very good, but obviously those who buy hybrids could care less about looks.
  5. Wow, I thought it would look pretty good, but this looks terrible.
  6. People with more money than brains, I guess. What's funny is that if you just change your sentence around a bit, such as changing the price and age of the vehicle, that statement is true for a lot of Toyotas over the past few years, but for whatever reason they sell.
  7. Ugh. I'll take a G6 or Eos.
  8. This is worse than the Platinum XLR.
  9. Other than the leather not being around the center stack, what were you expecting?
  10. What's wrong with spinning tires? That's fun
  11. The XLR needs to be redone completely. Give it a Corvette-like exterior evolution and a brand new interior.
  12. It looks like they were trying to one-up the Camaro and failed. This is ugly inside and out.
  13. So basically this is how you get the V-Series interior without the performance or price? It's ok I guess, but I wish we were getting the SLS interior.
  14. The wood looks great. I'm thinking the seats are a bit too dark.
  15. I'm disappointed the leather is gone around the center stack and dashboard. Lutz told us that would stay.
  16. How big are Cobalt's tanks? It cost me $41 to fill up the GTO (16.8 gallons, meaning only 1.2 gallons left). Of course the average mileage was 12.4MPG, and then I did about 1 1/2 driving at 75-80MPH and only got 19MPG Oh, how I love to stomp on the throttle and let her loose
  17. Great list of features. Now hopefully they price it right and hold the price throughout the Enclave's life, not bump it up a la the Solstice.
  18. I'm disappointed there's no leather on the center stack, but everything else looks great.
  19. The interior is the same? Are we sure this isn't a non-US model?
  20. Yep, they said it's full-size but apparently the current Tundra is not. 50k per year certainly doesn't make a big thud in the pickup market. That's a tiny amount in a segment that does over 3 million per year. Whether or not it's a dud is another story, but thud, no.
  21. Is this in the world or the US? CTS is GM's only one in the US, but if you count the world then the Commodore would fit in there. Lexus has the GS, BMW the 5er, E-Class, M45/35, and G35 probably all fit in there too.
  22. Personally I would go for an '04. I don't know what a good deal is on an '03 with 30k miles, but that seems decent.
  23. If that's what they meant, that's rather poor writing. Why would they say, "and if that weren't enough..." if it was something positive for GM? They're talking about how the Tundra is now big, and I think that's after where they're talking about big vehicles being bashed.
  24. Our LSS's airbag light is always on. They checked it out and said nothing was wrong, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
