  1. Seen something similar before:
  2. whoa now...let's not get too crazy here. the tC looks like a ten year old Hyundai Accent from the rear.
  3. given that the newest Civic doesn't differ too drastically from the previous, I'm not sure that this is an MCE. Perhaps Honda's design aptitude has plateaued
  4. the low-angle F3Q shot makes it look like a capsized boat. I have to say I like everything but the front.
  5. Disneyland = California (Encompasses Disneyland Park, Resort and California Adventure) Disneyworld = Florida (Encompasses half the City of Orlando)
  6. Hmmm...looks better than the current car, but still typical Honda "same-ol'-same-ol'" styling.
  7. Totally agree. It needs that cheeky little bucktoothed grin.
  8. Is it me, or does anybody else see Mazda influence in the front? I do really like it, but being as the NSX was the only Honda I've truly loved, this still leaves a little something to be desired. I feel like it doesn't really advance the NSX's style any further forward. Perhaps (read: hopefully) time will prove me wrong though. It doesn't help that the concept is silver...I never liked silver on cars anyway.
  9. but I love, love, LOVE the Aston influence in the nose, and just the overall look of the car. If I was married/had kids, this is one that I would happily schlep around town in (as long as it's the sport model ).
  10. I can see a bit of Jaguar in the sides. Can't put my finger on it, though. maybe the shape of the nose in profile, maybe the wraparound of the taillights....maybe just the overall shape...I don't know, but it definitely looks like Moray's been talking with Ian.
  11. I still think it looks far too upright and abrupt. And the rear rooflines on the Chevelles you posted, while I grant you are still not true fastbacks, are still a hell of a lot faster. not to mention there's quite a bit of wide-angle distortion in that shot as well, which still makes it look more upright.
  12. Because it just doesn't work. It looks like they tried to do a Chevelle or Monte Carlo and ran out of room. It's very cobbled together, like the designer got tired of erasing and starting over and just said "F** it, I'll go with this." (I mean, I've felt like that before sometimes, but really?) I like the rest of it--namely the side sculpting, but that rear roofline and window shape has got to go. It screams 1990's-vintage Dodge Neon, with perhaps a little bit of Mercury Cougar (same era) thrown in there as well. I much prefer the cues of the 140S. It looks a lot cleaner. not to mention from some angles, it looks midengined (!) The cues work a lot better in conjunction, the design is a lot more cohesive, not to mention original. I'd say throw those lines on the 130R's chassis, but then you'd lose the faux-midengined proportions (It'd still look damn good though). I have to admit though, it would be exciting to have a Chevy to cross-shop against the BRZ/FRZ twins. But they're going to have to do MUCH better than that.
  13. I dunno. the roofline/windowline just ruins it for me. I like that it's rear drive, but I like the 140S's styling better. So I say 140S's body on the 130R's chassis.
  14. ooh! Chocolate chip, my fave!
  15. whoa, whoa, WHOA...what is THIS? is that a D-type? or something else? I don't know, I've never seen one from the back. it's really gorgeous. simple, curvy, and fluid.
  16. saw a Porsche damn near get owned cutting off a Mini and swerving into the opposing lane of traffic for a split second.
  17. *click* *scroll...scroll...scroll...scrollscrollscrollscroll* *zzzooooonnnnne out*
  18. nothing that's really out of the ordinary or wouldn't fit my personality, though my music tastes have gotten somewhat more eclecting in the past five years then just sticking to punk and heavy metal like I used to. but i still won't listen to folk music, or soft rock, or any of the whiny crap that comes on the radio now.
  19. now that we've solved the mystery of the film...what's with the positive camber? it's airborn... yes, but the one behind it is planted (isn't it?) and has the same camber.
  20. ah yes....here we are...One of the few cars that blind people can actually see ...so what do I win?
