  1. I think the lambo is a Miura. The VW looks like a Corrado not a Scirocco
  2. all easy.
  3. All right, I'll bite. I say it's false and that the Delmont coupe meets the criteria.
  4. We have a winner!
  5. Available on the American market that is.
  6. The LS6 was the highest rated Horsepower figure ever released by Chevrolet until the Z06 (C6). The L88, ZL1 etc. were what I meant "other engines".
  7. The way that is phrased had me trying to think of an Indian car brand.
  8. Human error,I'm sure. I hope this guy does quit driving. 60 miles?! Sheesh!
  9. Agreed. How are the moving plans coming along?
  10. Glad to see you here,James. Thanks for the heads-up on this, it sounds like it may affect my GTO.
  11. LOL I used to get Frampton, Robert Plant, Jon Bonjovi, and the now dead lead singer from INXS (forget his name). There were others, but I thought I was just being me.
  12. I might try to make a phone call about this - see what I can find out.
  13. It can also be a noun meaning road,or pathway. As El Camino it translates as the road, the path, or the way.
  14. Camino LS6

    Tornados

We're supposed to get some nasty stuff tonight. I guess that's what happens when it gets to the upper 70's in March (completely wrong for PA). I think I better put the Goat and the truck in the barn tonight.
  15. Thanks for giving me such a good laugh ,guys! I needed it, today was a drag. And reg, it was all natural baby! no perm no color no nuthin er, except an abiding fear of barbers.
  16. Don't know how this could relate to any of 68's cars but: Toyopet?
  17. True. However, the actual HP was more like 500. Manufacturers played it loose with the numbers back then. There were other GM engines that out-powered Corvettes from time to time, but the LS6 was the only "official" out powering champion.
  18. It's easier to list what I won't listen to. - Rap/hip hop -Dance/club -Opera -twangy country -80s metal (or the like) Hell, almost anything 80s
  19. I know that feeling.
  20. They started around 400HP and moved up to 450 around '96 then up and up and up. I love that Chevelle (and El Camino) held the title so long.
  21. Dodge Viper. God I love Chevelles!
  22. Actually, Ford re-named the car somwhere along the line and mine was badged as a Granada - go figure.
  23. Oh yeah, it's that bad. Those things deface any car they are put on. Nothing says tacky POS better.
