  1. The CT4 looks very good until the ugly rear end, Ct5 is ugly from the C-pillar back.
  2. Man I thought the G6 GXP grill was too much...
  3. Like the look of the two tone Trail/Adventure trim version
  4. Seems like the non hybrid RAV4 is mostly criticized for its powertrain/noise.
  5. Hybrid RAV4 sold at around 150k a year clip.
  6. Like the interiors, too bad about those front ends.
  7. In fairness to the Acadia vs the GC it has a third row seating for those that would need it occasionally. I think the front end is an improvement and like the "blacked out" trim.
  8. I think it looks good, maybe just a little narrow.
  9. Haha my neighbour had his Prius set on fire (arson, I suspect maybe from a college student he failed) a few years ago.. batteries popping woke me up at 2 in the morning.
  10. Stop escalating everything into personal attacks
  11. I haven't seen one of these on the road in quite a while, walked by this on the way to the metro during family travels this month waiting for some love (probably a lot of them around in that state).
  12. Hopefully an appealing second gen Envision arrives before another model.
  13. We've been trying to pay down our place pretty aggressively, but not easy when it has needed so much work (original cast iron main plumbing stack, pathetic galvanized original water supply line, knob and tube, some asbestos, covering dirt floor in crawl space so rats can not burrow in, 30 year old boiler died, original hardwood almost worn through, never mind more cosmetic stuff I've worked on) and we bought an investment property along the way.. Hoping we can have it done in 15 years max at which point I'm aiming to be ready to retire or do contracts once in a while.
  14. I recall reading turbo v6 rumours recently.
  15. I wonder if it is still on the Accord platform or whether they are using the new platform that underpins the RDX.
  16. We had this car in darker blue with the 3.8L. Once it was given to my older brother he rented an engine hoist and put the v8 powertrain in when he was 19. Too bad rust took its toll so quickly, was good to us otherwise.
  17. Smart has announced they won't be selling cars in North America by the end of this year.
  18. What's next, charging for chrome trim on the Passport?
  19. Never had to do the manual RHD thing, but I recall doing the car "hire" in Barbados, was always turning on the wipers by accident when trying to signal.. Eventually I just stopped signalling most of them didn't signal down their anyways. Was kind of fun, but the narrow roads and lack of lighting led me to stick to driving while the sun was up after the first night out. Would love to visit again soon.
  20. I can't help but think of the Outback when black cladding is mentioned.. Was it the first to popularize this??? New one would luck much better without it too.
  21. Drove a C3, C5 and C6 for a few miles each, I don't have the discipline to refrain from hooning the latter two.
  22. I guess the embargo is lifted on driving impressons of the Outback now
  23. Does everyone cut the power to their external electric outlets and shut off their hose bibs from inside the house when they go away for the weekend?
  24. Bad News: Kawhi gone Good News: Wife bought Beyond Meat shares at $66. Not great news since she only bought 8 shares.
  25. Layoffs are very common with cash flush companies in the name of "efficiencies" or "refocusing their efforts". Banks, tech companies etc etc It is just about the share prices and bottom line, not the people or the places.
