  1. I love "night shots" of cars and the lighting effects that can be achieved.
  2. Well now that G8's are pretty much gone around here, I guess I'd go for a Charger v8 even though technically I think its a fullsize. I've been driving my other half's TSX most of the time these days since she walks to work, and although it handles great for a FWD sedan, I would rather have RWD. Malibu doesn't really do it for me, I would choose the Fusion.
  3. I don't understand how they managed to get this car to weigh so much. Mind boggling.
  4. Overweight FWD coupe with odd proportions especially rear of the B-pillar, no thanks
  5. After a bowl of cereal, I used to have a coffee at home before leaving for work but since the condos have been going up across the street from my place the last few years, it can be pretty noise around here M-F during the day so I just have one at work. Afternoons I usually drink tea and water.. Evenings if I'm wound up I'll have a chamomile tea before bed.
  6. When I drove the new Camaro I found the suspension and steering a little too soft and isolating. I wonder if I would have the same reaction to the Genesis. I've seen a few on the road and while they're not great looking, they are easy on the eyes and a little nicer than they appeared in pics. Certainly way more appealing than say the g6 coupe (I know, thats not saying much).
  7. Just not a fan of this style of vehicle, don't think I ever will be. Too much chrome and wood, too much wheel gap etc. Much prefer the G8.
  8. Nice car, sharp colour combination. I've liked the Passat quite a bit the last few generations.
  9. I almost forgot about the 2001 chevy blazer
  10. So much better inside without the wood
  11. Of midsize rentals I've had int the last few years the GP was definitely the worst of the lot (compared to Sebring, Sonata, old Malibu, G6 rentals). Felt like a 10 year step back in time both times I had to drive one for a few days. Haven't had to drive a lot of compact rentals but the Dodge Caliber was defintely a bad car IMO. I hated driving every hybrid I've driven so far, from the Escalade, Malibu and Prius. Escalade not really because of its "hybrid" factor but just because its a behemoth with lipstick. Malibu was about as soft and detached in all ways I felt like I should pack dramamine. Prius was just awkward.
  12. Another car for comparison.. 1995 Audi A6
  13. Hard to tell until I see more of it. This class of cars is just so meh for me now regardless of manufacturer. Mazda 6 and Passat CC may be the only ones I would ever look twice at, and the CC is pricey compared to the rest of them.
  14. Chrome wheels seems so 2005.
  15. Was planning on installing OSX on my lenovo S10 netbook but after trying Win 7 on it, I don't see the point.
  16. Seems like a no brainer to close it, they have the perfect excuse in GM leaving.
  17. Hangovers Getting woken up for no good reason while in deep sleep. Smarmy bastards
  18. If you could find cobalt ss struts and sway bars for cheap somehow, that would be a very good upgrade.
  19. Decent upgrade. If you went to a bigger (17") rim with a lower profile tire it would make the SUV ride height more apparent.
  20. I think most of mine have already been mentioned but I didn't see the Dodge Nitro
  21. I recall Stronach saying he wanted to sell Opels in Canada pretty quickly.. I'm just wondering how/where they will retail them.
  22. Aimed to beat import competition and be price competitive in volume car segments, not match their previous generations and be cheaper Invested in full replacement of Cavalier/Sunfire by 2000 Invested in full replacement of W and N Bodies by 2002 Made interior quality, ride and handling a priority in all their volume sellers Don't think about Fiat or expansion of brands or models
  23. "Big" may not apply either.
  24. The taste is gonna move ya! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QrZvUlGJr30
  25. The 300C, Charger and G8 v8 models but I have no need or room for anything quite that large, would rather have CTS or slightly smaller RWD at a lower price point. Also being 5'9" and 150lbs the larger cars just make me look that much tinier.
