  1. I never understood the appeal of this show either, it's a sad commentary on the state of primetime tv that it is such a hit.

    Let's say

Until high rise units in my area sell with charging capabilities for cars I will be sticking with fuel. It's no big deal for now I still spend less than 2% of gross income on fuel. Next car will probably be my last fossil fuel car though if infrastructure and battery tech advances well.
  3. I thought it was going to be news of a Bieber/Selena sex tape.
  4. It just seems so middle of the road... Nothing about it says 35K, IMO. It looks good but to me in the FWD class the CC outdoes it in looks, performance and fuel economy. The A4 Quattro premium? In a whole other league.
  5. Yeah the wing on that particular sample is disappointing because the rest of it is right up my alley (many have too much wood in the interior for my liking). Would almost be worth getting it removed and fixing the trunk holes. Not that I'm seriously looking for one, but there is not a lot to choose from out there.
  6. I've had a soft spot the last few years for an Infiniti M sedan from the early 2000's... http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=290722630
  7. Speaking of Kizashi, looks like they've tweaked it a bit for the 2011 sport model.. http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2011/02/review-2011-suzuki-kizashi-sport/
  8. So is this going to be standard? No version without it?
  9. I would re-install Vista and see if the reliability issues go away.. Then make a decision based on how that goes. An SSD Drive + Win 7 would make it relatively scream. I wouldn't run a laptop without one now if I was starting fresh.
  10. Still needs to be painted body colour by anyone who owns one.
  11. Love it except for the wing.
  12. Yeah the GLI looks like the Jetta to get.. I wonder if the TDI will have the nicer dash as well.
  13. Well the 5 door Cruze has to be tested for 2 years abroad before they can be confident the 800lb (bringing the Cruze weight up to an even 4000lbs) hatch door operates as designed in both the closing and opening directions... If that goes well, they can be sure it's ready for the US market.. expect a 3 door a few years after that, by then it will be named something different.
  14. That tiny passthru kills it for me, wouldn't be able to make that work.
  15. I'm assuming the next Genesis will move upmarket a bit so this update may be the best bang for buck version of the Genesis the market will see. I wonder if the v6 model will receive any tweaks.
  16. I have an XPS 8300 with an i7 2600 on order.. Will be interesting to see how it works out.
  17. I'm watching the Nook Color Honeycomb hack closely.. In a month it may be stable and a great bargain (it already is a good bargain for a $250 Froyo 2.2 tablet).
  18. The problem with that is you might end up waiting a year for the apps to catch up to the hardware.. So why not just wait a year when the hardware will be even better or use an iOS product for a year then revisit Android. I have an iPad and an Android phone (HTC Desire).. My iPad is Wifi only as on the road I just use the wifi hotspot feature of my phone to use it. The app situation for Android isn't that great.. lots of them but magazine publishes, game publishers, newspaper publishers etc have not adopted it the way they have iOS devices. Lots of widgets to control battery life if that is what you are looking for though! Meanwhile my friend's Pioneer receiver has an iPad app available for it to control it.
  19. Yeah I heard the midwest USA is the global canary in the coal mine for global climate change.
  20. Spent the weekend at Jay Peak snowboarding, no complaints here. Just made sure to not have any exposed skin.
  21. Good engine choice but the concept had much better styling :-(. I guess practicality won out.
  22. Thanks! Great picture stash.
  23. Considering I have a high school diploma, this is a good list
  24. Although I haven't driven a CTS coupe (sedan only), my experience with the Camaro was enough to conclude that I would run with a CTS coupe over a Camaro.
