  1. i agree a name change is def in order. Electra is my preference. I like how the dash vents bear striking resemblence to the waterfall buick grille....
  2. ugh, they didn't drop that stilly "4" suffix for awd? dumb! that's my only complaint so far with this car! and get some pics of the ultraview sunroof you can? i'd like to see the cheapness you're talking about.
  3. the BRX stack looks 100% feasible. I'm sure we'll be seeing that in the actual vehicle.
  4. my heart just skipped a beat. this stuff is amazing. i have no doubt that the next LaCrosse will look amazing on the outside, but thanks to this illustrations it should be awesome inside too. i see some resemblence to the buick riviera concept. (colors, layout, etc) i like the smooth cleans line. nothing edgy, just clean luxury. just to be sure, the 1st Epsilon2 vehicle will be the Aura?
  5. looks pretty awesome. and good, i hope michelin wins. i'm so tired of goodyear and their crappy tires.
  6. iphone design? hardly, this stuff is light-years ahead of anything else. I love it. implement even 50% of this, and it will be amazing. the cadillac cluster is a little overdone and busy. But the GM concept stacks, metal/plastic. plastic/wood. look really really good.
  7. ZEXY! i totally expect pontiac to get this to pair with the G8. it's a no brainer. very attractive, and will do well. Just don't have crappy base models. it's about performance here.
  8. gxp and awd would be a potent combo.....
  9. also, i don't think "caballero" really fits in the GMC name lineup. Sierra,Yukon, Acadia, Denali, they all have a nice premium/upscale cachet. i don't see how "caballero" works.
  10. i think people are missing the fact that the solstice has tougher competition now. the SKY is just gorgeous and more premium. if you want a bare-bones roadster the Miata makes a convincing argument as well.
  11. this is tricky. El Camino has excellent cachet and recognition. Cabellero? not so much. But it would be good for GMC, but i could see it as a pontiac as well... I'd LIKE to see the Holden Ute photoshopped with the grille from the Graphyte concept on it. After all that's the direction the yukon/sierra/acadia refresh will be heading.
  12. i really doubt chryslers ability to design and excute product that looks good and sells.
  13. sure why not. it seems like GM is using 2 strategies to sell this car. the volt design and plug-in appeal. i want this car just cuz it looks cool as heck! but obviosuly the majority of buyers will want this b/c of the plug-in ability. People don't buy priuses cuz they look fast or cool. So GM would have an advantage there.
  14. i'm terrified of that grille, it looks just like the MDX front. that'll turn off buyers real fast.
  15. has everyone been over to autospies and seen the inside of the CTS in the dark? the ambient and fiber-optic lighting is AWWWWWEEESOMMEEEEE.
  16. the rear and side is light-years more attractive than the camry, but i'm left speechless on the front. what's with the element grille? i thought the element was one of the worst examples of honda design, why apply it to your mainstream sedan? and, honda vehicles look more and more like acura's inside, a good thing for honda buyers, but what about acura buyers?
  17. Mistake i say, with a capital "M".
  18. these pictures still don't do it justice. I saw a new one at the dealership the other day. these changes make the car looks 100x better, and more expensive and classy. def like the new grille and vents.
  19. for some reason those little changes, make the lacrosse look 100x better.
  20. very nice. i wish the fog light assembly had a clear cover, that's going to be a bitch to keep clean.
  21. i didn't realize the CX-7 was that cheap, i wonder how many models are ACTUALLY bought for under 25k.
  22. CREW?! who names this stuff? and more importantly, who designed that dash?!? chrysler will never learn!
  23. hahaha. so true. i feel so underwhelmed when i looks at this crossover. it's like a G35 on roids, but it looks like a small boot, almost akward and photoshopped. i kinda liked the concept, but expected them to mature the design.
  24. excellent, but i'd like to see fleet sales cut to 10%! they should just keep making the "classic" for the next few years. Then GM can have a bona fide hit, and a rental car star, haha.
