  1. 8 10 5 6 actually looks kinda cool!
  2. Ok that's crossing the line. Vietnam and GM's current condition are hardly one and the same. People still support GM, and wagoner & team are actually making a difference. The same can't be said for lyndon b johnson's presidency or your self-righteous bull-$hit.
  3. FO' REAL! GO TEAM WAGONER!
  4. damn 11 hours too late!

comparison to the size of lutz & interviewer, does make it seem bigger. if the "super cts-v" is actually a mule like pple claim. then it would make sense this CTS looks wider.

if this isn't being "released" til next year. Isn't it a bit early to be showing it on TV?

i LOVE that side shot. the headlights are beautiful. this is WAY more stylish than the 3 series. and way more beautiful and creative than "L-Finesses" i am amazed. beautiful! JUST BEAUTIFUL!

maybe the next gen CTS will debut as a coupe as Infiniti is doing with the G35?
  10. did anyone see the "concept drawings" someone did for autoextremist.com this week. they were very interesting too
  11. interesting, i was thinking that when the pics surfaced a couple weeks ago.
  12. the cts-v isn't covered at all...
  13. this is just "super" according to autoweek.com http://www.autoweek.com/apps/pbcs.dll/arti...E/60327014/1065 Super CTS-v for the current CTS's last hurrah. Packing 505HP this makes perfect sense. Especially with the M3 launch coming before the new CTS-V would be out. And if that makes you happy, check out the rumored stats for the next gen CTS-V. something about 600HP?
  14. maybe the footnote was the constraint? unless we know what the footnote said, that line makes no sense.
  15. i'm looking forward to see the graphyte design cues underneath!
  16. I agree, GM has to think big picture here. With multiple key product launches, this is their best bet until 2007. I think the plan is as good as at gets right now.
  17. Kind of a "watch out bmw, escalade will cut you in half" moment. haha
  18. roadmaster brings back terrible memories. I think Lucerne will survive a FWD/RWD transfer, I'm betting Bob likes the name...
  19. Yes, i was FIRST shown during the MTV music awards in september? Saturn sponsered it, and there were some SKY(s) outside, and the commercial ran a few times during the show.
  20. i'm liking the fender bulges
  21. he has a good idea, but it won't work. People who buy GM products. Like the brands. My mother drove a buick, b/c was THE CAR when she grew up, and she loved everything the buick emblem stands for, now she's moved on to Cadillac, but the same principles apply. the consumer WILL KNOW, it's no longer a buick, just a special "buick" edition of another car. if GM were to stick everything under the same umbrella, what's the point, they've lost all heritage and diffence, suddenly they are toyota. Putting Hummer under Cadillac would be a big mistake, put them next door to each. DIFFERENT showrooms people! the guy is a little crazy, and this subject is getting old...
  22. tire squealing? high prices? well if that's all they could come up with, GO GM!
  23. maybe it'll be a short lambda with emphasis on 5 person comfort vs. 7/8 passengers?
  24. is this a small crossover 9-4x(brx sibling) or is this the BIG crossover (9-6x now based on lambda not tribeca )they are talking about?
  25. Yeah, I think the Camaro gave us a GOOD indication how GM will incorporate reatro, future, and current chevy heritage and design cues. Maybe GM has finally realized, the car actually has to have design cues from it's previous generations(the good ones) to actually fit it's name (impala, monte carlo, etc)
