  1. it does say "new hood" maybe this press release just isn't as detailed...
  2. i think those rims are better than the XR rims... but that's not saying much!
  3. is it just me, or does that grille look better than the regular Yukon?
  4. AWESOME! thank-god that ugly black plastic trim didn't make it over. really impressed by the interior, specially the wheel. love it! can't wait to see how the materials feel up and close. I think the side vents make it look pretty upscale and sporty. like how the turn signal is integrated into them. sweet wheels! can't WAIT to see the redline version!
  5. EXACTLY! AND i bet will see nice touches like leather stiched dashboard as well. Pour on the more fuel efficient mainstream models, get great press, then slide in the more premium models and more powerful engines.
  6. home FREAKIN' run GM! the general is back, with a vengance!
  7. that's not trim misfit. that's where the door meets console. it looks like the pieces are side by side. this could be caused by 2 reasons a) the metal is reflecting light differently, giving it the illusion of being mis-alligned b) it's JUST a cabin mock-up.....
  8. we have no idea what trim this is, and base & midlevel don't offer dual zone either. GATED SHIFTER? please daaated!
  9. i heard AURA was getting nav for MY08?
  10. ahahaaa. hilarious. I want to see this treatment (like on the Acadia) in a tahoe or yukon! Do we know if we'd see an Impala concept next to the New Malibu at NAIAS?
  11. where? All i see is a key in the ignition... that chrome line running around the upper edge for the red area, from centre stack to the door is AWESOME! ALSO: Now i can't wait to see the MCE interior for the G6.
  12. You mean this pic? I see why you might think them similar, but at the same time they don't look at all related. It's the matariels and layout.
  13. that's BEAUTIFUL. love the two-color interior. that burgundy? is badass. finally. that is how to integrate the corporate radio into the center stack. VERY WELL DONE, and very american at the same time.
  14. HOORAAAY RWD! see GM get's it! Any ideas when we'll see the H3T / H3SUT concept??
  15. i don't see that being the main reason. Lincoln has a L version, and the 300C will soon. This is just another way to capture more market share. And LONG overdue at that!
  16. Lutz did announce that we would see the G8 at the Chicago Show. I suspect that's when they'll make more annoucements concerning Pontiacs reorganization.
  17. when you compare real-life pics of the SIERRA to the Tundra, suddenly the Tundra looks very dated....
  18. no more I-5's boooooo
  19. i agree, "GXP" puts the bar really high, for it only not to meet expectations. I do like the engine and grille changes. Is it going to be on the FWD or AWD models?
  20. cool! off topic. what's that in the background right? mazda cx-9? nm, i answered me own question.
  21. on closer inspection, i think that's one of the best looking dashes ever. it's perfectly layed out. and i LOVE the subtle crease down the center of the center console...
  22. a pontiac concept. to showcase future styling for the brand.
  23. the added length makes the car design LOOK better. i totally expect the 08 interior to look like this. it's VERY similar to the next gen CTS interior. I think the rear console should be an option. If priced right, that could be a well selling option. I know my parents would spring for it. i just hope the US MCE gives it a better nose.
  24. if you shink the pics/video the resolution is much clearer. the ventports are different, sleeker, more streamlined. if you compare these pics to concept. the grille, headlights(minus the concept features), bumper, hood, etc are identical otherwise!
  25. interesting... much improvement on the interiors tho. GM should pay attention, a few things make the interior look awesome. Concept 1 is my fav.
