  1. Oh, and a Gamma based Crossover like the one shown with the Beat would be great at the low end of the lineup. I keep forgetting what it is called though. Oh yeah, the Groove. Thats it! My brain IS working today.
  2. +1. With the Traverse, I agree there should be a restructuring of the crossover lineup. The Equinox is in desperate need of replacement, with the Sport model really the only one worth choosing for someone who wants a refined powertrain. The Captiva would be a good choice to bring over, imo.

    CTC-V and CTW-D

As I was reading and drooling over the CTS-V in this months Motor Trend I noticed the sidebar talking about the upcoming coupe and wagon. It said the coupe was ripe for the V treatment and the upcoming wagon could introduce the new clean diesel and they didn't think there would be a CTS-V wagon due to high development costs to low sales volume. After reading about the CTS Wagon, diesel, V, whatever, just add AWD and I'll seriously consider one. I've been on a practical movement lately with my vehicles for some odd reason. I guess it's just me getting old. But hell, I've always loved a wagon that would haul ass, and big torque and good mileage would be the ticket.
  8. Agree, Hyundai has come a very long way since the first Excel, but one thing about Hyundai/Kia is that they are very fast learners. Their cars have improved exponentially since they first came to the U.S market, and now the Genesis will be a game changer just as the LS400 was back in the fall of 1989 when it was first released. Hyundai is one to watch, and the South Koreans have the capacity to put some serious hurt on the Japanese automakers, especially Toyota. While I would never buy a Hyundai (although the new Genesis sedan is intriguing), I do love that they are beating Toyota at their own game.
