  1. Edmunds is very predictable. In every comparison test, the newest vehicle in that class on the market always gets the first place. I have seen this pattern in their scoring for a few years now and they have no credibility with me. The real credibility is with the buyers and I dont think many Chevy, Ford, or Dodge people will be leaving their brands for a Toyota or a Nissan. Brand loyalty is very high in full size trucks and the Toyota is huge and pretty much a newcomer in the market since the past gen Tundras were never really taken seriously by real truck guys. Truck sales are down as well because of gas price fears and, in my opinion, I dont think the Tundra will meet its 200,000 sales target after its first year on the market when interest in the truck tails off.

    P-Mate

Satty, you should just save your money and put a shower near the entertainment center. You can pee down that drain instead of building your own toilet in the ground. blu. . the Golden Shower award? Is there something you wanna share with us?

    Compass

To me, the Compass is a modern day AMC Pacer. Does anyone else see any similarities?
  9. I dont think you can go wrong with an Outlook. They appear to be the perfect vehicle for people who want room, functionality, good driving dynamics, and a little bit of luxury. Keep us updated on what she gets.

  15. When I can't sleep I usually fix some tea called "Sleepy Time" by Celestial Seasonings. It's good stuff and always seems to work. I also take an aspirin befor bed every night as well. That seems to soothe me a little. Another thing I do is I go to a "happy place" (I know it sounds stupid, and it is). It works if you really get involved in your daydream (or is it a night dream) Anyway, it works for me.

  17. Happy Birthday guys! I hope yall have a great day!
  18. Nice truck Blu Man! Looks great! Love the color. As far as the feedback goes, I would definitely get some lower profile rubber and lower the truck a little, that would help with your garage situation and it would give you a sportier wheel to body proportion that you talked about in your post. Thanks for showin your truck Bluman. Get that camera fixed and take more pics!
  19. My husband owns a Deville DTS (ok, its a 2000) and the car is unflappable. After 7 year it has no squeaks, no rattles, no virbation. The car has only been in the shop for scheduled maintenance and there is no rust on it (that says something living up in the the Great White North). Although the DTS is not my favorite Cadillac (CTS-V), it certainly is a great car and I hope they continue to evolve this model into something more sophisticated. It's no surprise to me that the DTS outsells the rest of Cadillac's lineup. Right now we are in the market for a new car and the 2007 DTS is on our list of cars to test drive.

    Taking a step

Thats a great idea. You'd get more money doing that then you would trading the old beast with all the aftermarket stuff on it. Congrats on the new truck. I know I speak for everyone when I say that we can't wait to see pics of it.
