In an intervew, you can just flat say, "I dont talk about my personal life." Why must gay folks always have to tell the world they are gay. Straight people dont have to identify themselves that way. If they do, people question their sexuality. What is the big deal? I'm certainly not going to share what goes on in my bedroom, and its not fair for gay folk to have to share who they love in their personal life and what they do there. The Corvette is a brand within itself really. It has alot of history with it and the value of the Corvette name is priceless. Anytime anyone has ever asked me what I drive, I tell them I have a Corvette. They instantly know what it is. Yeah, I went to a Cheverolet dealer to buy it, and I believe it should stay that way. There's no sense is screwing with a winning formula. When I think of Corvette, I never. . ever think of Aveo. Corvette should stay a Chevrolet. Chevrolet is America's brand and the Corvette is America's sports car.

A tough interior could take the abuse. DCX's interiors, on the whole, are cheap feeling and cheap looking, They need some serious improvement here. GM seems to have learned its lesson. It's really very disappointing. . .almost laughable. Before I'm jumped by all the hemiholics out there, here are some of the worst offenders: Caliber/Compass/Patriot, Charger, Avenger, Dakota, Nitro.

Great comment by Chicagoland. Hobbyists do want those names to go back. Car buyers, the ones providing money for the company, do not. Simple as that. The market has changed and GM needs to be proactive in dealing with market changes. All of the cars listed above in "BRING BUICK BACK's" post all give the preception of something their grandparents would drive, and even at 40, I will not buy an old person's car. I will, however, by a car that is too young for me. I don't think I'm with the minority. Most people dont want an old person's car. You don't see many teenagers and people in their 20's aspiring to own a Century or a Roadmaster.

I read this comparo recently, and I thought it was a mismatched comparo. I thought for it to be fair that all four models should either be 3-row OR 2-row, not a mix and match. Of the four they did compare, I would have chosen the Murano as well. I think its the edgiest (sorry Ford). I havent driven the Edge or Santa Fe yet (wouldnt be caught dead driving a Santa Fe), but the Highlander is boring (the new one is nasty looking), and the Murano is actually fun to drive and is very innovative interior. I also really liked the Xtronic CVT as well. If GM didn't exist, I would be buying Nissans and Infinitis. I'm not biased against them. I just think they do the best job of designed cars for the North American market, and utilizing other markets in bringing relevant products to North America.
