  1. Did anyone notice in the 5th picture on the left, there is an 08 LaCrosse? Great pics of the CTS Ted. Beautiful car!
  2. I test drove one of these in early August. It was a base car, black, the only option was a sunroof. I really liked it, although I felt the suspension was too soft for the performance minded engine. I agree with Fly about the interior. It's mostly soft touch, and everything is within easy reach and is easy to understand. The new engine gives this car a completely new attitude, unfortunately the suspension tuning without the sport package will give you a fast car with a floaty suspension on certain road surfaces. I should have brought my camera to take pics when I took that test drive. The black car I drove listed for mid $44K.
  3. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I agree about the 80's model, but it reminded me of the Omni/Horizon models. Not a big fan of this vehicle. The Lambda models are worlds ahead of these in every way possible, as is the new Vue.

  5. Doing his best Marilyn Monroe impersonation. I have worn a kilt to some bear runs and they are rather breezy. They are cool though.
  6. Yes, Suzanne Somers, if I order 10,000 Thighmasters, can you throw in the Buttmasters for free?
  7. I've run my Av on E85 and had no issues. I did notice a huge difference in mileage when using E85, so the cost savings isnt there because the mileage on E85 is much poorer than that with gasoline. I think the guy you talked to is mistaken, or maybe a Toyota lover jealous that his Tundra does not run on the corn squeezins.
  8. I hope not. It's bad enough we have the G-ate, but if they renamed the Solstice it would be called G-one. We dont want it gone. More like the G8 and Solstice please. Real names would be nice.

    Bad Camino...

Gosh Camino, you've been leaving a trail of Trans-Caminos all over the place havent you? :AH-HA_wink:
  10. Ohh man. I about fell out of my chair on that one!

  12. This is the coolest vehicle I've seen from GM lately. A draggin wagon with some utility and good mileage potential. Hmmm, sounds right on the money to me. I'd dyin to see one of these in black. That would look awesome. Love the wheels too. This car just begs for a two tone red/black leather seating option. I hope one is offered.
  13. Can someone with good photoshop skills please post pics of this in different colors? I am dyin to see one in black. It would also look awesome in Red Jewel Tint Coat too.
  14. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Most automakers' most prominant brand identity is in their grilles. BMW, Mercedes, BMW, etc. etc. etc. This car does have brand identity. The stigma that the car will need to get over is the droll American unreliable stigma that plagues the them right now. A stigma that is unjust if you ask me.

    Bad Camino...

I believe that is an early 70's continental taillamp assembly. I am thinkin 72 or 73 maybe?
  16. How would you know about that 'blu? hmmmmmmmmmmmm?
  17. Satty, you need to keep this guy around just for the stories, especially at parties. He sounds like a hoot to be around.
  18. "blu, I got tears in my eyes that was way too funny!

  20. As a Dad, the show is an eye opener. I think they do good things by getting things "fetishist extremists" off the street. Right after I watched my first episode I had "the talk 2" with my daughter about her internet use. My son watched the show with me and he's old enough now where he can take care of himself. It's scary stuff, and the guys who show up are not only stupid, but sick too.
  21. If Pontiac is going all rear wheel drive, then this could replace the G6 Coupe in GM's portfolio and compete with Accord Coupe and Altima Coupe. I wonder how long before Hyundai has a Sonata Coupe?
  22. Just imagine all the snow angles with badonkadonk butts on this glacier.
  23. Wow, I always knew that Rio from for swingers, but I had no idea they were taking it to THIS high of a level!
  24. Paolino! Funny you should mention shit when talkin about Cincinatti Bowties and Cleveland Steamers. Just be glad you arent from Ohio, where things things are named after. That's not somethin to be proud of.
  25. I got a cure for that 'blu. Just think of those nice old ladies you just love you at work.
