  1. This morning my father passed away rather suddenly. He was 64. Last Friday he had a massive heart attack. His heart stopped beating for 21 minutes before the paramedics revived him. Unfortunately, his brain activity was minimal. We pulled the ventilator on Sunday, and he died early this morning. As tragic as this is, its a realization that I should have told him I loved him more. I never got to thank him for instilling in me my love for cars, the outdoors, and life. I also realize that I am now the eldest in the family and the next to go. I realize that grandfatherhood is coming sooner than I would like. I have always felt young, but I realize that its only a feeing and that age is catching up with me. For those of you with your folks still going, be good to them even though they get on your nerves. I'll miss you pop. Rest well. Edit: spelling

    2008 Infiniti EX35

I like this alot. If I was limited to just buying Japanese vehicles, I would have a Nissan or an Infiniti. The EX would be my family vehicle for sure.
  6. Hey now, don't be making light of the Australian culture. They have a rich culture that is not too dissimilar from our own. To them, the Ute culture is huge not in number, but popularity, just like the ricer culture is here, and the muscle car movement was back in the 1960s.
  7. I agree. All 68 did was give them more information so they could make an informed decision. You did good bud.

  9. Agreed, its the customer who made Wal-mart what it is. I will NEVER ever shop there. They are everything wrong with the retail world.

    Caliber SRT4

I wonder what they did to this to quell massive torque steer than 285 hp will do to the front half of the car. Hell, I bet this car, when floored from a stop, will pull both your arms out at the shoulders. YIKERS! I thought Pontiac got a bad wrap for boy racer looks. Whoa.
  11. The back of the new Accord looks economy car. Nothing luxurious about that. Reminds me of the pre MMR 7 series BMW. I dont like it at all. And "O.C", its probably not a good idea to tell an admin to get his head out of his ass. The new Camry has had quality issues, as have the Avalon and Tundra. The quality in purely hypothetical reputation as far as I'm concerned. It's amazing what a good advertising campaign done by Consumer Reports will do for your reputation. Just ask my former in laws whose Avalon has been in 8 times, and who Tundra has been in 12 in the last year alone.
  12. Hey everyone! Its UTE Eve!
  13. The next headline about this man will be: "Man has collecting nearly all STD, goes for HIV." Geez, thats just sad.

  15. Sedan is uninspired, reminds me of a Sonata. Interior is nice, seats appear wide, as does the center console armrest. I just dont like the looks of the coupe. The rear end looks puckered up like a homophobe's butt in his first gay bar.
  16. I think VW only offers a 5 speed auto on Rabbit/Jetta and the DSG on the GTI/GLI. $16K is a good price, but with options I am sure it would be up there with other loaded compacts. I really like this car.
  17. Less than 2 days! WOO HOO! Is there an on pins and needles smiley?

  23. Good job. I just hope you spelled Tundra right on your business card. I would hate for you to lose a sale over a little typo.
  24. Ah ha, I knew there was an 08 LaCrosse when I was checkin out the CTS photos. Glad you also took pics of the LaX/Allure. Good job man.
