  1. <shaking head no> Buick dealers need the Chinese Park Avenue here to help bring down the average age of buyer. The old buyers are going to be dying off or becoming unable to drive quickly, so they need these new younger products quickly. The Enclave is a good start, but not bringing the new P.A. is not a good move on Buick's part. If I were GM, I'd shove the new P.A. down their throat. It's amazing how exciting salesmen will be when a model with a 360 hp V-8 and rear wheel drive architecture that automatically draws comparisons to Lexus is on their lot.
  2. Thanks guys. I will try it.
  3. Bellissimo Paolino! I wonder how many people would understand that one!
  4. Here's mine: Bump
  5. Which is your favorite?
  6. I'm sorry, but every time I think of the name Cabellero, I remember a line from "Laugh In" that says, "Now there goes a gay Cabellero".
  7. Great reads guys! I enjoyed reading them.
  8. kiss
  9. I have to buy some kind of attachment that goes from my phone to the computer. Anyone know where I can get one and how much they are?
  10. Caballero would not fit for a sports oriented vehicle like the Ute. It would need to be a new name, something that would depict rugged and sporty at the same time. Denali is established at its upscale models and I don't see the U.S. bound Ute using that name. Maybe the vehicle will retain the name Ute here? What do you think of that?

  13. I guess I read something different out of it, or maybe I got that out of it because I was thinking that the El Camino could be the Chevy truck halo vehicle. I am not pro for it bein a GMC, but I will take what I can get.

  15. Good point blu, Dodge always seems to straddle sizes with its vehicles. It began this with the Caravan, Dakota, and Durango. This is just another innovative vehicle in a long line that are "tweeners".
  16. I think a trip down under is in order then.
  17. Camino, I think what BigPontiac was thinking was that the El Camino could be the Chevy truck halo vehicle. I don't think he was comparing them.
  18. Ok Mr. Sensitive, I never said anything about not liking the messenger, so stop making this personal, its not. It's been my experience that those who hint at stuff like this without providing any proof are full of hot air. I'm ready for you to prove me wrong.

  20. I am very disappointed as well. If I had to pick another brand to get the Ute, it would be GMC and I would name is Syclone. I think the Ute would be good as GMC's halo vehicle that no other vehicle has. Any Australian who uses a Ute for work can tell you that they are professional grade, and offered in the sportier trim levels this vehicle would appeal to those who want the utility of a truck but prefer the handling of a car. I can see alot of younger people buying a vehicle like this as well. It would also fit in with the BGP portfolio, with each brand offering something the others do not. Thats my .02

  22. Great idea! I'll buy a El Capitano in a heartbeat!
  23. ======================================================================== :lol:
  24. I was feeling confident but now my parade has been rained on. I'm getting tired of all this "speculation" with no proof of brands going away. Until I see some proof then I assume a certain poster is just FOS. I don't care if it comes here as El Camino under the Chevy brand or whatever name under the GMC brand, I'll still have one in the driveway.

    Bulge!

Great shots! The gas pump if very Americana style. You should explore this more as a career, at least freelance and make some extra money.
