  1. Of course, full-credit will go to everyone - including a link to their website / webpage / blog - whatever...
  2. Sounds good! Thank you...
  3. Well, for what I have in mind, they'd need to be on color. And as realistic looking as possible. I know, it's a real long-shot!
  4. Okay, so let's find the artists then. I have an interesting plan in mind. :P
  5. Would anyone be interested in attempting to draw/design some of the more popular Oldsmobile models from the past - and giving them a new retro look (like to new Mustang)? Please reply here or PM me. Thanks in advance...
  6. The Avalon was the perfect car for its target audience. It wasn't a mistake. Not in any way, shape or form...
  7. Trying to do too much at once? That's GM.. How many GM vehicles go head-to-head with one Toyota vehicle?
  8. Oh, my God.. How much "cheaper" can they get? This new vehicle is going to be made out of cardboard with manual locks and windows and no air conditioning. Give it up...
  9. It was a good brand and definitely shouldn't have been killed off. I hear people mention how nobody wanted to buy a brand of automobile with "Old" in the name. Well, worst-case-scenario, they could have changed their name. Datsun did it and become Nissan. Why couldn't Oldsmobile? They didn't have to kill the brand...
  10. I think the saddest part of all will be when one of these Japanese companies finally churn-out a successful, striking design.. Then what? I mean. If people are buying these cars enmasse when they don't look good - what happens when they do? It's only a matter of time...
  11. Indeed! We think alike.. Any more thoughts on the Camry or are we done?
  12. You're right. And I agree with the Fusion - looks a little like the STS in a way. The bankruptcy rumors are becoming more well-known and investors are getting scared - worse than ever before. That's the big issue. It's becoming too popular of a belief...
  13. Don't fool yourselves.. The redesigned Toyota Camry is going to be a big improvement over the current model inside and out. It's going to sell even more than the current Camry. Maybe Camry owners don't care about their car being exciting. Whatever - the fact remains it's going to be a hot seller. Unfortunately, while GM is on the brink of bankruptcy, companies like Toyota and Honda (nice work on the new Accord) are going to capitalize.. I think GM sat on it's hands for far too long. Too little, too late.. I certainly hope they can turn things around one day...
  14. Check out how much the Ford Fusion looks like the STS...
  15. I'd love to see a Roadmaster or something big like it - but not a wagon...
  16. Unfortunately, the 1993-1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham spoiled me. The amount of room inside that car, and the plushness of the interior and ride was very impressive.. I don't think I'm going to be whole-heartedly impressed with Cadillac again until something like that comes along. To me, THAT is what Cadillac was all about.. Luxurious vehicles. They're going to the "sporty" ride and smaller, colder, harder interiors these days.. It's just not cutting it for me. If I want a BMW, that's what I'll buy. If I want a Cadillac, I have to look in the local newspaper classifieds for something used...
  17. It's not just Toyota. It's everyone.. That's why the DeVille's don't have 300 horsepower anymore.. Same difference.. The actuall "wheel" horsepower hasn't changed any. It's only on paper... Amazingly enough, the Lexus LS430 does 0-60 in 5.9 seconds.. I think the DTS is somewhere around 7 seconds.. I forget...
  18. This thread is awesome! :)
  19. It'll probably be around until warranties are finished...
