  1. Lily Allen - f@#k You Very Much.
  2. Cutbacks? That would be assuming I spent much money on my car in the first place. Besides repairs and maintenance, zilch has been spent on the Cobalt thus far. Besides a set a floormats and some little things, the same goes for the Jetta as well. You can't really cutback on that sort of stuff without harming your car.
  3. Yes, there was a 959 in there. Indeed. There are many more Japanese cars I'd rather see in there than that one, but I suppose it's there because of its performance.
  4. There are very few cars that are worth paying more than retail for. With that said, I would trust whatever NADA says more than KBB. The latter has questionable figures, that will either play to your advantage or go the opposite way. The former seems to have more real-world figures.
  5. There was a GT-R in there if you didn't catch it.
  6. The Cobalt's off position isn't selectable.
  7. Act while you still can. It never hurts to talk to the guy.
  8. Private sellers are a guessing game. If you guess right, the benefits usually outweigh those of a dealership purchase. If you guess wrong, you're usually stuck with a vehicle that will drive you crazy. Dealership purchases will generally give you a small warranty to consider and perhaps some perks, but at a set cost to meet a profit. Private sellers can list high, but will be much more flexible on price. As well, it's easier to find exactly what you want through a private seller. Some dealerships will tell you they can find what you're looking for, though. I can't comment on how well they're able, however, per lack of experience with that aspect.
  9. I personally dislike the feature. I need to read the manual one of these days to see if I set it to be disabled, otherwise, I have to manually disable them every time. That and the light delay that coincides with it. Automatic this, automatic that, I hate it. I can't be in control of my own vehicle.
  10. Genesis coupe, no longer behind glass and walls. It is super sweet in person.
  11. Motherlode, indeed.
  12. I must say, I agree with Croc. I've been there.
  13. Holy novel. Neat story behind it all though. And yes, we do apparently love red cars.
  14. Rock can kiss my ass.
  15. They're both ugly. I'm hoping to come across a Sport bumper and rockers one of these days. Add in a lowering kit, wheels that don't suck, an exhaust that doesn't suck, and a CAI. After all that, maybe I'll start to like it more. That's the kind of incentive I need.

I'll do so and I'll f@#king enjoy it! I was using the driver's seat as my computer chair for a little while, but it's a pain in the ass to move. It needs wheels.
  17. I do like it, as well. I'd consider it, if it weren't for turning my Cobalt into in a Purbalt. Then again, anything is better than that ugly base model bumper. Oh, and it'd like $700 before you consider paint. Yeah... No.
  18. Hah... I'm not the one that's going to look like a 5th grader. Word it as you wish. I was just pointing it out.

    I miss my Jetta.
  20. I'd just like to point out... "Freedom don't come free" is grammatically incorrect. It should be "Freedom doesn't come free". Just saying.
