  1. I said design... but (Motor)sports was second pick.
  2. I would say in a parallel parking spot, on hill, with a rear/parking-brake-less manual transmission Grand Am. I would hate to have to park there...
  3. I would do one of my 95 GA, but I'm afraid I couldn't give an unbiased view. It will filled with... "This is best car ever.. It rocks, man. Solstice? Pfft... Get a 95 Grand Am, bitch. This car f**kin rocks!" :D That and I suck at writing reviews. I'm looking forward to reading some of these, though. :P
  4. Wow... Talk about small.

  6. Uh, Empowah, do you remember MTV's Movie Awards? Yeah... The Solstice sponsered it and there were all kinds of Pontiac ads. Appearantly they're trying with Pontiac too...
  7. Well that's a surprise to me... After Pontiac being the only brand to not see increases in June I figured Pontiac would surely have a decline. But no... it's [b]Buick[/i] and [b]Saturn[/i] only. I guess that's good, but is that correct? I can see Saturn having it, but not Buick, and definitely would have thought Pontiac would have been...  Satty, I only see Chevy and Pontiac ads. Every once in a while I'll see a Saturn one, but never a GMC or Buick one.

I know Tony... wasn't that the point me saying "Fiero's last year"? Damn, now I am going to have to kill another kitty. It's all your fault. Why, man, why? :P *Heeeere kitty kitty kitty... here kitty kitty... hey little kitty, I have some kitty food for ya. I'll just put it up here in the yard... here ya go kitty. Eat up.... Aaaahh, poor cat... BANG! ...Wooh... look at the fur fly*
  9. Okay, NOS... If you send me $1000 to customize the GA, I swear I'll love them long time. :D

Oooh, I just thought of something. 88 was the year of the W-Body. :P
  11. ...I'll just keep quiet. Wow...
  12. Nick, that's not strange... That's natural reaction on Pre-Bange Bimmers. :P
  13. Satty, Satty, Satty... My mom owned one, of course I have. However, you should be more specific when you talk about the GA. Why? Because... Exterior: Beautiful. Interior: Wierd. But I still love it, regardless of how crappy it is and what people say. Variance... My mom used to refer to the double gauge-clusters as "breast holders".
  14. Of course the cladding does... it does no matter what vehicle it's put on. Overlook that minor detail and GA's are things of beauty. :P
  15. Ya know, empowah, I was going to mention the Mini as well... :P But enough of FWD vs. RWD. It is clear that people on each side of the arguement will never agree. And that the interns want to here about other stuff... Yeah that post a few pages back. So let my post be the last to disobey it. :D One thing that I feel is a huge problem with GM right now is the relentless name-changing. Changing a vehicles name isn't going to grant it a one-way ticket to sales stardom. It will, however, confuse the hell out of people. Just ask my Grandma who would be driving a never-should-have-been 05 Cavalier if I didn't have to tell her about the Cobalt. As with the people in my town who bought once-again-never-should-have-been 05 GA because they didn't know what the hell the G6 was. I think Azteks have been selling better here than G6s because of that... Another problem is the seemingly endless rebadging. People always complained about how many GM had and then GM said they would be moving away from that. Yett it seems to me as if there are more rebadges now than there were then, especially in Canada. It was bad then and it still is. Finally, how hard is it to paint mirrors? And why is it still being done? It seriously detracts from the exterior appearance.
  16. Grand Am styling childish?  Chevy and Pontiac both have always been pretty popular in Brookville. Both among the old, the young, and the middle-aged. The Cobalt is starting to catch on, but the G6 hasn't at all. They stay on the dealer's lot and I still have only seen like three on the road here. I see more Grand Ams than any other car here. The biggest factor I can think of is the name change as I've said many times. People don't know what the hell it is... The fact that they're still selling Grand Ams makes it even more confusing. GM fucked up big-time here...

Okay, Dave. :D Sixty8, interesting. I was during the Fieros final year when it was perfected. Satty, I did the math. I was hoping that you made it up, but damn, it came out to 21. Oh and 15625 is one number from Brookville's zip-code. :P Now the serial killers will come find me...
  18. Educate me? Not about Pontiac... :D :P You do bring up a point. But, I'm not a fan of each model getting it's own unique trim. I feel that it complicates the lineup and strays away from brand unity. I can see if just one or two vehicles got one, though. Another thing is the Formula trim. I would love for each model to adopt it. But this goes along with my Fiero fantasies... I don't see it happening.

Okay... I'll send you $5 after you send me $5. Deal? :D
  20. Goddamn... That is such a clunker! Even my $1000 GA is nicer than it... :P

    Ages?

Well, if you don't know my age, you can find out if you send me $5.00. Mmmkay? :P
  22. Yay... I've got it good. :D Brookville may be the home to thousands of rednecks, but most of them are smart enough to not make stupid or wierd comments about my "riced out and imported" Pontiac Grand Am GT...  Appearantly not.

    .....
  24. No bias here, actually. It's just that those are the only brands sold in my area... And I really don't feel like traveling 30+ miles. Yeah... That's good ol' Brookville for ya. :D
  25. I love the '59 El Camino... It is probably my favorite classic car-based truck. The black one looks especially hot.
