Oh, how I agree with you here... The rubber shift knob in my GA sucks. I hate it. I want to change it sometime... Just don't know to what.

Um... I'm 16, haven't really been able to do much. I've thought about it, though, and am taking some classes in school. My dad can do alot... he has done alot to our house. He even raised its value several thousand dollars. I mean 10s of thousands of dollars. That's not saying much since our house was and still is an old 150 y/o fixer-upper. I'll have to take some pics of what he has done. Somethings didn't turn out (like our bathroom) since the walls, floors, and ceilings are uneven. Anyways, off the top of my head, he has: built our garage, new roof on the house, the front porch, new staircases, the bathroom, the PC desk, and much of our furniture. Again, I'll have to get some pics...

Well... my parent's would feel that way. The last time they didn't have any car payments was.... um... hmm... this is hard... let's see... uh... um... well... before they bought the 96 Grand Am. Had no payments before then. That's probably because it was their first new car. But yeah... I paid cash all at once for my Grand Am. It was only $1000 anyways...

Ya know... I'm not too sure how much of a luxury brand Acura is. I think it's more of a premium brand above Honda, not directly luxury. The RSX, TSX, and NSX are merely rebadged Hondas. Only the MDX, RL, TL are luxury. Even then, they are more sporting than luxury. I think I like it this way... But as for the RL. IDK... I don't find it to be bland. The exterior can in some places, but generally speaking, I don't see it. The interior... it is truly unique especially compared to the STS's interior.

The average house costs anywhere from $50k to $100k. In fact, my parent's bought our current house for $20k back in 1990. Currently, my mom works for a carbon company making small parts for appliances and automobiles and such. My dad works for an oil company on a drilling rig. They both make under $10 an hour. They have two kids, me and my brother. They pay the bills, insurance, tax's, the mortgage, as well as a few loans. Guess what... We've all survived off of it, which you said wasn't possible. And I quote: "its impossible to live in this world today on 10-15 dollars an hour." So, still don't believe me? Then get your ass over here and see for yourself. As I said, my parent's would kill to be making that much while you're whining about how it isn't sufficient to live off of.

Thanks... That's not the best Scenery, though. The trees weren't in their peak and I couldn't find a place to park my car in some places. Others... I would have had to drive on dirt roads and get it all dirty. :P

I saw one already... Still don't like it and think the interior looks horrible and cheap while the exterior is a bloated retro Cherokee. Bleh...

Oh... I know. I love its design. I think it looks better than the Sky. But, GM probably does love the Sky and Saturn more. Why else would Saturn be getting all this great product while the only Pontiac we've heard of is the G8 and GTO. Both of which are pretty sketchy... I just don't like it and think it will lead to the demise of Pontiac instead of the brand that deserves it.

Actually... I think you can modify the cars in this new NFS and some of the mods resemble the concept above...

Oh.. come on... It's not that bad. Okay.. so it is. Just... um... comment on that manual transmission. :lol: :P Yeah... very rare on both engines. The 2.8L and 3.4L were both available with manuals. Surprising, huh? Most Pontiacs around the late 80s and early 90s could be had with a manual. Which is why I still say Pontiac were the best at FWD performance. Still are in some ways (GP GXP, Bonneville GXP, etc...). Ah... I love the 80s and 90s... :D
