  1. Camino... You can't possibly sell the Firehawk, can you? There is absolutely no vehicle you could possibly replace it with, I don't care how good it is. Camaro? Pfft... Ford GT? That's funny... Enzo Ferrari? Hardly! But if you do, just remember this... I have a house, it was appraised for $60k. You can have it in exchange for the 'Hawk. My parents might not like that, but they have a Blazer... they can live in that. Seriously, though, I hope you're kidding about the Firehawk...
  2. You never said you weren't, either. No specifics means you could mean any or everybody. Personal taste and opinions are bitching? Wow... That's news to me... I must not have gotten the memo. Next time I'll be sure to leave out any and all personal taste/opinion... I mean, I don't want someone to think I'm bitching, and then bitch about it. That would suck... Again, in my opinion, it's an ugly vehicle, inside and out. Terribly cheap looking interior and exterior, both of which are blocky. Going by my personal taste, I dislike cheap and blocky designs. Hence all of what I said and how I agreed with CS. Now... you were saying?
  3. Again, I ask for proof. I showed test data for a stock 05 SRT4, the data for Cobalt SS SC came from the same mag, a direct comparision between the two. Like I said, compare all of what I posted... Without offering proof, to say that would be incorrect by looking at the data. The SRT4 barely performed better yet it has the advantage in weight, horsepower, and torque. I'm just saying... Anyways, Croc, I'm not bitching about it. Where do you see me bitching about it? Or anyone else, for that matter? Other than opinions and the discussion of the previous SRT4 (which obviously has nothing to do with the Caliber), I see no bitching other than you bitching about some imaginary bitching. ...Say what? Regardless, I'm not a fan of the styling, inside or out. It looks like ass as far as I'm concerned. Is that denying that it might do well or that it's not compelling? No. Anything else, perhaps, like the engine? No. I dislike the styling. I implied that, only that... nothing else. Then I simply mentioned that saying the TC 2.0L Ecotec isn't "trumped" by this TC 2.4L by way of hp per liter. Again, where is that bitching? I can't find it...
  4. Well... here you go. The Torrent doesn't exactly demand a large premium over the Equinox, so... There. That looks much better than the Nitro, like I said.
  5. Did I say that? No. I'm saying the hp/l is closer than to say it "trumps" the new turbo 2.0L Ecotec. It's obviously a bigger engine and to some people that's important. I was just pointing that out... Do you have proof of that? Somehow I strongly doubt it... especially when I look at test data. 300hp? 6 seconds to 60 compared to the Cobalt's 6.1? 14.4 to the 1/4mi compared to the Cobalt's 14.4? SRT4 rated at 230hp compared to 205hp for the Cobalt? SRT4 rated at 250 lb/ft compared to 200 lb/ft for the Cobalt? 2921lbs compared to the 2959lbs for the Cobalt? Um... 300hp, you say? Or even 250hp, for that matter? Why do I doubt that?
  6. Exterior doesn't look any better... I guess the interior does, but I was a fan of the original.
  7. More hot chicks...
  8. Last night, while lonely... I found this pic to be incredibly sexy: Clicky. Oh... for those "non" gays... Hot Chick.
  9. Our old 89 Regal had them... loved them.
  10. Also, considering the new TC Ecotec is 2.0L compared to the 2.4L of the SRT... As well as the torque ratings (260 vs. 260... *ahem*), It hasn't trumped it.
  11. What are you smoking? That interior is absolutely disgusting while the Equinox's (in Torrent form, mind you) is atleast somewhat appealling. I realize the truth can be hard to admit sometimes, but come on... Nicest interior DCX has done in a while?!?!?!? Well, if I could remember the last nice interior DCX has done... It's been so long, you know. Lately, DCX and "nice interior" haven't gone hand in hand. Now stop smoking whatever you're smoking... It's clearly affecting your judgement.
  12. I see... Interesting. Well, I do wish they'd bring the Swift here. I like it...
  13. Have you even sat in a Lucerne? I will agree with you here... the Lucerne is atleast equal to the Avalon. I mean... they're both ugly and you'd have to pay me to own either of them. The Lucerne is the defintion of bland luxury while the Avalon... it just doesn't have any sense of style at all. Well... I would rather have an Azera than a Lucerne. And it's not because the Lucerne is a Buick or a domestic... If you've sat in one, you wouldn't say that. High quality materials... unless hard plastic equals high quality... I think not.
  14. Um... no thanks. The G6 is too big and too fat and... last time I checked it wasn't RWD nor 4cyl powered. So... I'll keep doing what I do best. Don't like it? Too bad, bitch!
  15. Weird... I hate the cold, though. I'll have to move to the equater if this happens.
  16. G6 RHD poster? *is intrigued* Hmm... really? Why don't I get Pontiac posters? I could use some, you know... only one out of my four walls are dedicated to Pontiac. I'm sure the non-Pontiac posters would be quite alright in my den on the 2.5 walls not taken up by Jeff Gordon stuff... They might bitch and moan at first, but they'll get use to it. Actually, I'd really like a poster of a 240SX... Damnit, why don't people send me stuff?!?!? (Chris excluded) *Edit* When did "B)" change?
  17. Suzuki SX4 (yes, this caught my attention more than anything... I'm weird)?
  18. Well... I still find the Lucerne's exterior to be it's biggest flaw. While I wouldn't call it Camry-like, it's definitely not unique in any way and definitely not very Buick. A bad thing, FYI, in case you forgot what a Buick is supposed to be.
  19. Since this is my thread... w00t! ...And that's only one of about 10 bars in this small town!!!
  20. I concur... Anyways, Detroit did look beautiful on TV... but then again, Brookville looks beautiful in my pictures. Nah, Brookville's alright in person. I love walking up and down Main Street... even if alone and for no reason. Just to soak up Brookville's desolate night life. It's a good way to take up an hour or two, if it's not raining or too cold. But then you could always eat at one of the restaurants...

    BLEH!

I will... for tonight, though, it's been uneventful. Anyways, PM away, guys... give me some phone numbers and if you missed mine, ask for it. You don't have to... but wouldn't you love to talk to me? I know you would... Just do it. Alrighty then... thanks.

    camping

Bah... those are weak. If you want to see a real fire... Come to Brookville. We have real fires... big ones... that dwarf those. I do give you props for just using wood and matches. I'm too impacient for that...

    BLEH!

Oh... yeah... oops. Well, once I clear out some messages from my inbox, you all can PM me about it, then. Damn thing is full... again! Regardless, posting phone numbers isn't that big of a deal... I mean, the lounge is only open to members and only a small percent of them are ever in here. Compare that to websites like Auto Trader and such where every ad has a phone number... I'm sure those get alot more traffic than one thread in a Lounge of an automotive forum. Just saying...
  24. I'd like to know too... Where is my RWD compact Grand Am coupe, in essence of the Nissan 240SX??? Seriously, I'd like to know...
