I think you have the Grand Am syndrome. When things starting going wrong, it was hard to tell exactly what was happening. First thing came a lack of power, then came a tinny sound, then came overheating, and at about the same time the tinny sound turned into the knocking which I could feel through the clutch when upshifting. Combine that with the alternater that would sometimes start sqealing and the overall roughness of the engine, as well as the ticking, and it took a while to understand what the problem was. Still not sure as to how to solve it...

Well... I think I am ready to beg my mom to get a loan for me... Clicky. It looks great, has low mileage, and isn't too far away. I need someone with an Ebay account, though... Either my dad or a uncle, hopefully. But that's if I can possibly get a loan. Unless... *being serious* someone would trust me enough to just... personally loan me $5k, where I'll pay you back, about half once I my 300EX is sold and the rest after I have earned enough through a job. I don't expect anyone to actually do that, but I'd be more than greatful. Anyways, the one good thing about this car is that it comes with two sets of wheels, aftermarket and stock ones. Well, I have roughly 4 days until this auction is over, as long as it doesn't sell locally. While I would rather have a BMW, the idea of a 2 seat, RWD roadster is highly appealing and by the sound of it, would be more reliable than a BMW... Atleast, you guys are hellbent on making that clear to me. Heh... first I was Fiero crazy, then I was Honda crazy, then 240SX crazy, then BMW crazy, and now I really really really want this Miata. Damn... I am so freaking weird.

So... it's not a Silvia or a 200SX. What is it? It's a 240SX, the US version of the Silvia, hence the "off by half a globe." Again, the 200SX, in the US, was that small FWD compact. Do interiors matter? Ofcourse, they do... However, an interior will not make or break a car for me. I love 5th gen GAGTs, however, their interiors... well... Not the greatest thing... but do I care? Yes, I do, but the entire appeal of the car out-weighs the lack of it in the interior. However, vice versa, it isn't the same. An interior could not make me buy an unappealing vehicle no matter how nice it was. That's basically where I stand on them.
